my love letter to softball 💌

For 18 years you have been more than just a game to me. It’s hard to say goodbye to something that has shaped so much of my life. A part of my heart will always belong on the softball field. by @nat.toupss

Serving at Casa always reminds me that we are not the hero’s of this story- JESUS IS. We simply get to be the vessels of His love and grace.
We don’t come to bring Jesus to these places.. because He is already there. We come to join Him in what he is already doing.

I see His faithfulness in all the eyes of the children, and in the hands of all the tias and maestro’s.
This is what the kingdom of God looks like- people from many different backgrounds united by love. The same love that Jesus showed us on the cross.

There is no language barrier that can stop the love of God from being understood. We encounter so many faces, each telling a story of Gods faithfulness.

We are reminded that we are not here to be seen, but to reflect Jesus in every action, every word, and every moment. Love is the universal language - and Jesus is its source!!

The gospel is not limited by borders, language or culture. We come to serve, but we are always the ones transformed. I am filled with so much gratitude as the Lord provided another opportunity for me to serve at Casa. This place will forever have my heart. 💛 by @nat.toupss
