Last night TWENTY - FIVE ....and here is what I learnt!!😜 TWENTY - FIT Being fit was the best decision I've ever made, hitting the gym and finishing 10km marathons was the best feeling ever!!♥️ Learnt to love my body no matter what! TWENTY - FAMILY Family is really Important, it might not be perfect but I'm lucky enough to have family that will always turn up for you no matter what...call just to hear your voice and tell you how lucky they are to have you....will be there no matter what! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ @nielinipa @_nakunda Rose & Erick Its an illusion to always think we will always have them around, make the most of it while you still can. Love you Mum and Dad♥️ TWENTY - FEEL Its okay to FEEL... Its okay to miss someone, it's okay to feel hurt, it's okay to feel angry...it's okay to hold on, it's okay to be expressive, it's okay to let go! Feeling is a guarantee of humanity in life.😌 TWENTY - FORGIVE Forgiving myself for what I did just because I wanted to feel seen, soothed, safe and secure....looking back and knowing that I didn't know better and that is okay🫶 Forgiving doesn't mean giving back access. TWENTY - FREE I'm free....I did things I never thought I could...like perform something I created...I was expressive in my own words about my own feelings and that felt awesome!!🥳 Live life to the maximum while you still can!!🎙️ TWENTY - FIGHT I made scary choices this year, moved out, started 6am morning runs, got serious with my writing, moved on from things that I didn't want to move on from,I did it scared, I did it anxious, I had second thoughts, I cried a lot...a lot...but woke up and moved on🫂 TWENTY - FOCUS I am proud of my career choices, I'm learning a lot and God is putting me around people who teach me more, I am in rooms my inner child could only imagine🙂 TWENTY - FAITHFUL God has been faithful even when I have not. He has provided and on day that I was at the edge he has proven not to have left nor forsaken me♥️....it either he is God of my life or isn't! And I proclaim that he is🙂‍↕️ TWENTY - FANTASTIC I took myself out for a date!! I learnt to stay by myself OMG! This was the hardest part so I found myself entert by @nat_ujwa
