So many new faces around here lately! If we haven’t met yet—welcome! Let me introduce myself 🥰

I’m Natalia (you can call me Nala)💕 A 32-year-old plant-based athlete, business owner, and the founder of Nalamoves (@nala.moves ). I live in Finland but I’m also half Swiss! 🇫🇮🇨🇭

Here’s a quick peek into my world:

✨My Athletic Journey: I spent 15 years in competitive cheerleading! My team won 11 national titles, 2 European Championships🥇, and I had the absolute honor of captaining the Finnish National Team🇫🇮 (with my team we won total 5 World Championship bronze medals🥉)

📚 Forever Student: I love learning and hold degrees & certifications in Physical Education, Business/Marketing, Sports Nutrition, Functional Training, and Mental Coaching.

💪🏻 Coaching & Nalamoves: I’ve been a personal trainer since 2017, working with clients aged 19 to 80+. Today, I focus on helping people move through @nala.moves —where we create premium home workout equipment and a dedicated training app to guide your journey🫶🏻✨

It’s never too late to start taking care of your body! Tell me in the comments: Where in the world are you tuning in from?🌍

Workout Motivation for 2026💪🏻🔥

Trusting the process and understanding your ”why” are key to staying motivated. When you’re confident in your path and purpose, you’ll be driven to achieve your goals❤️‍🔥

Motivation gets you started, but habits keep you going. Once you fall in love with what you do and start enjoying the hard work, you become unstoppable💪🏻

What are your goals for 2026?

Built for Movement. Made to Last.🤍

As a coach, my dream was always to help as many people as possible discover the joy of movement. I realized fitness doesn’t need to happen in a gym, and it should fit seamlessly into your everyday life🫶🏻✨

I created Nalamoves to give you the equipment and guided programs I wish existed when I first started: tools that make staying active fun, effective, and built for the long haul!

Everything starts at home. When healthy choices are easy to make, consistency follows💪🏻✨

So grateful to be on this @nala.moves journey with all 700k of you! 💕

Hope you had an amazing Halloween weekend! 🎃 I spent mine chilling at home and getting in some fun, spooky season workout sessions (as you might have seen on my reels!)👻

A little wicked. A lot of fun!🎃🪾🍂✨

Sure, I’ve got magic powers... but the real secret to flying a broomstick?🧹 The upper body and core strength to pull yourself back on after a fall!💪🏻🐈‍⬛

Ready to build your own strength?

Elastic band favorites with Nala Bars🤍

These are some of my favorite ways to use elastic bands to work on mobility while building strength. I’ve been focusing a lot on keeping my shoulders healthy, and the @nala.moves wall bars make these sessions so much smoother when it’s actually easy to switch heights between moves and I don’t lose my flow!

Save this for your next mobility day🤍
