Busy weekend of rowing, hockey and running! Michael had a regatta this weekend and did great! Katya played up in Bemidji with @gopherwhockey and even went back to forward for Game 2! My nephew ran his second TC Marathon and did great! Happy to see family and the cousins thriving in college. What great memories these kids are making and the parents are around for the ride!

My kids recreated a spoon holder that @vonsterv had for kids (Katya and Michael) make for me while I ran the Miami Marathon

2010 and the one on the left still is standing. The one on the right, broke. My kids now need to re-make one for me again. by @nataliansander

Happy National Son’s Day to Michael. So proud of this young man and having to put up with all of the extra “estrogen” who torture him but he always stands his ground. 👱🏻‍♀️👧🏻🥰 But he is their biggest cheerleader as they are for him.

Congratulations @katerynasander for an incredible high school career. Summa Cum Laude, AP scholar and playing 3 varsity sports to one landing you playing D1 Hockey at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. You have pushed yourself off and on the ice. You challenged yourself academically all while competing at the highest levels. I am so proud of you and the young lady you have become.
