POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

On April 11th, 2026, Esteban asked me to marry him in the most intentional and impossibly beautiful way. Somehow, he took all the invisible ways we have loved each other over the years and made them into something I could step inside. Every detail carried a piece of us. He had quietly met with my family beforehand, filled a rooftop with more flowers and candlelight than I could have dreamed of, and saved our very first conversation, something I thought was lost forever, to turn into a book. He gave me the beginning of our story on the night we chose forever.

I simply have never felt more loved in my life. And not because of the grand gesture, but because of the culmination of our love over time. Our love didn’t happen overnight. It was built slowly, in the kind of steadiness that taught me it was safe to stop bracing for what might disappear. One of my favorite quotes is, “If you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans.” I understand it differently now. The plans I made were never big enough for the life that was quietly finding its way to me. And we’re only at the beginning. Para Siempre. - Natalie

There was never one moment when everything clicked for me. No single date when I suddenly thought, this is the person I’m going to marry. It happened much more slowly, through walks in the park, dinners, concerts, trips, jokes, long conversations, and thousands of little moments that probably didn’t always feel important at the time. Somewhere along the way, without realizing it, you became woven into all the little details of my life. Everything became more fun with you. The big moments, obviously, but especially the ordinary ones.

I think that’s what I’ve learned about love with you. It hasn’t been one big realization. It has been something constantly changing and growing as we’ve changed and grown ourselves. And through loving you, I’ve gotten to know myself better too, who I am, what matters to me, and the man I want to become. We’re still changing, still learning each other, still laughing at stupid things, and still adding little pieces to the life we’re building together. And now I get to marry you. - Esteban taken in No Vacancy by @natalianstalion

Endure. Excel. Evolve. Every Step | Asics ✨

Beyond bringing @asics multi-sport shoe line to life, my biggest goal with this commercial spot was to even scratch the surface of visually capturing the immense talent of @rytae_carter. As a collegiate wrestler, marathon runner, and sponsored skateboarder, TyRae truly excels at everything—and bonus points, he makes it all look cool as hell 😎. I am verrrry proud of this one and cannot thank TyRae and gang enough for the good times!! I really love this stuff. 🥹

If your dad is Robert, 75, from San Diego, originally from Connecticut (we think), with a thick New England accent, married for 38 years, and a die-hard Rüfüs Du Sol fan… he was the highlight of our night at @risefestival.
He left us with some pretty profound thoughts on marriage, aging and never stop living life to the fullest. 🫶✨ by @natalianstalion

Showing up is my favorite way of living and loving. It means skipping sleep for sunrises, ditching small talk for something deeper, helping your friend in a boot up the hill to see the same peak as you… going all in. These are the memories that rearrange you, the ones I want to chase forever. Cheers to you Justin - Happiest freaking birthday. 🌵🏜️ taken in Joshua Tree National Park by @natalianstalion

Back at it for September!!!! We had an incredible turnout last time and are so excited to do it again! Spend your Thursday night with us as we dive back into another Live DJ Sculpt class with @nomada_mvmt .

WHY you should come…

COMMUNITY…
When you show up you’re not just moving your body, you’re joining a group of people who are all pushing themselves alongside you. That sense of energy, support, and connection is something you can’t replicate alone.

YOU ARE WORTH IT
It’s easy to bargain or convince yourself out of something because you simply don’t feel like you have enough time. Carving out time honors your body, mind, and well-being. You are the priority.

INSPIRATION
Whenever we attend another @nomada_mvmt class we leave feeling inspired on a very unique level. There’s a collective energy brought by those around you, the space, music and moves that will without a doubt leave you energized and inspired before you head into the weekend.

TIBI will be spinning a curated set, while Natalie leads an energetic power based yoga sculpt flow. It’s designed to meet you where you’re at and challenge you - feeling grounded and expansive at the same time.

We can’t wait to see you in your mat - LET’S MOVE.

+ Thursday, Sep 18th @ 6:45pn
+ Location: @inthelowestferns // West Bottoms, KC
+ Bring: A mat (we will have extra) wear clothing you feel both supported and mobile in. Shoes optional.
