If you are craving a magic room with magic people, I 10/10 suggest heading to the new @thepilatesbarrechico downtown location. It’s airy and bright and has a sauna (yes) and a cold plunge (maybe).

Just trust me, the whole space is a YES!

Thank you for the goodies: @livelifejuiceco @uppercrustchico @olivarezhoneycompany @carrierefamilyfarms @the.eyebrow.goddess @pita_pit_chico @kleankanteen @partiesimagined @amywaltzdesigns @exclusive_medias taken in Downtown Chico by @nataliebdesigns

There is beauty in creating without overthinking. It’s a practice.

I invite you to flow through life with this state of mind. Flowers teach me to embrace the impermanence of creating. And, the imperfections. That’s for sure. by @nataliebdesigns

What a project. Nearly 4000 pounds of pumpkins landed on the doorsteps of many lucky Autumn loving people.

It was a family affair with my cousins 4th generation farm @juliasfruitstand providing all the pumpkins. My sister @alisonbguan counting, spread-sheeting and lifting. And, then we had Friday… grumpy and complaining with sudden bursts of super human strength and focus on polishing pumpkins.

May all pumpkins everywhere be happy and free. taken in Presidio Heights by @nataliebdesigns

Because pumpkins are necessary.

And, more is more.

Once upon a time seven women from around the country met and became friends. They were connected through self reflection, and expansion and trust in one another. They met weekly and they safely bared their souls.

Then, they drove, and flew and journeyed and came face to face. They said, “it’s you!” They did what they always had done. They talked, they cried, they laughed and they ate cake.

Then they said, until next year. And all continued to flow down the river of life. One time change at a time.

Motherhood. But, make it beautiful.

Or, just make it fun.

Or, just make it through.

Those are the options and I am working at accomplishing both every damn day. by @nataliebdesigns

Not flower related - full fun related.

The higher the hair, the closer to Mahjong. We poured ourselves a cup of ambition and played our hearts out in the name of Dolly Parton.

And like Dolly would say,
“Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”

But let’s be real—I do have a handyman who comes in and fixes some of my DIY repairs gone wrong.

Only he’s currently in Portugal living his best life, so here I am…

I’ll try and do that.

I must report that…

🥕 “Martha Stewart” roses have a scent as divine as you would hope.

🥕 Pre-cut squash is elite and I will pay extra for that service

🥕 The lady that spouts the peas is named Eartha and that just tracks.
