My time at Widener is coming to an end 🥹 I thank Widener for giving me a chance to do the things I love: THE LAW and helping others. Receiving the Distinguished service award was an honor. Specially to have my mom, sister, and cousins with me 🥹❤️ by @nataliee_sm

My Brady 🪽
I got this puppy when I was 15 years old. I was going through the kind of sadness so many teenagers feel in high school, and Brady was brought into my life because of that. From the moment I got him, everything shifted. That very first night, I remember playing with him for hours, and when he finally fell asleep in my lap, I felt a kind of happiness and peace I hadn’t felt in so long. He changed my attitude instantly he gave me light when I needed it most.
From then on, he became my best friend. No matter what kind of day I had, I always looked forward to coming home to see him, play with him, and just be with my puppy.
Even when I got another dog with my fiancé, I felt guilty because Brady was still here. He was my first baby, my best buddy, my comfort, and my home.
I always said I wanted Brady to get me through all of my schooling, because whenever life got hard, he was the one who could always make me feel better. And he did just that. He gave me 11 years high school, college, and law school. With just one month left before graduation, I get to say that he stayed with me through it all.
He was my everything my fat, lazy buddy who loved to sled and got mad at anyone who came near me. When other dogs barked at me, Brady would charge at them like he was the biggest, toughest protector in the world. My sweet, chunky puppy was always my protector and my companion.
I will love him now and forever.
Thank you, Brady, for all the adventures, all the comfort, and all the memories. 🪽🤍 by @nataliee_sm
