Come along to the grand opening of @ozhairandbeauty at Tweed City 💜

I arrived just before 8:30am and I was lucky enough to be one of the first 100 customers in line! And it was such a seamless process - no craziness or crowds. One of the shop girls was handing out 2 different coloured ticket stubs to everyone lined up so we didn’t miss out on our chosen freebie and we could take our time in store to browse and shop. There was also a styling bay where you could get your hair styled which was really cool! I was so impressed 👏

The products I went home with :

@davroe shampoo and conditioner
@elevenaustralia_au hair spray
@ozhairandbeauty scrunchies and hair ties/clips set
@mermade.hair thermal hair brush

Let this be your sign to stay true to yourself ✨✨

You can’t please everyone so do what makes you happy and somewhere along the way, you’ll inspire someone else to do the same!

And lastly - don’t let the haters bring you down because at the end of the day, they’re not the ones paying your bills and supporting your family (and dreams!) 😘

POV: you found a pair of leggings that aren’t just leggings @cinch.active ❤️‍🔥

Stitched into the fabric are six built-in resistance bands so you can add resistance to your workout and everyday movement without needing to carry around a single piece of equipment.

In all my years in the fitness industry, I’ve genuinely never seen anything like these and I am SO impressed! 👏

Here is a UCC travel niche example of my hotel stay during my recent trip to Sydney! I stayed at the @ibisstylessydneycentral and it was in the perfect location right in the heart of Surry Hills 🫶

I’ll be posting this live later tonight on my Pilates page but I thought I’d share it on here as well to add to my virtual portfolio 🎥

This is a video recap that I put together promoting my lovely friends Pre and Post Natal Pilates in-person training 🤸🏻‍♀️ she is also a Pilates instructor and a women’s health physio who travels around the country running her courses for studios and instructors looking to upskill and gain confidence in teaching their pregnant clients in classes.

She is just an absolute wealth of knowledge! There is sooo much misinformation and fear mongering out there about exercising whilst pregnant but it’s actually been proven that it is sooo beneficial to continue exercise during pregnancy - as long as it’s done safely and that mum is feeling well and healthy within herself too🤰
