Why did I just laugh so hard at my song choice? 😂😂

A quick 5p-10:30p - not uneventful, but manageable and that's all you can really ask for ya know?

Exactly 15 minutes before I took this picture I had one of if not the worst panic attack of my life.

Why mention it? Because we need to know that other people are also knee deep in the human experience and that social media is a lie. All your favorite influencers are also crying at the red light.

But we have to decide we are good people and we deserve good things and that cannot be taken from us.

We feel the good now because waiting to feel GOOD is not a timeline we can gamble with.

To all my stomach ache anxiety girlies - I am with you ❤️ by @nataliemoves

Jumping on the HAUNTED HOUSE TREND cause it's spooky out here yall 😂

Don't get me started on SELF-CARE! I used a $10 eye mask, a gallon of water and prayer. That's what I have the bandwidth for TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!

My sweet therapist is probably so sick of my crap.

Her: WELL HAVE YOU TRIED SITTING DOWN?! WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU JUST STOP MOVING!

Me: I DONT KNOW AND TODAY IS NOT THE DAY TO FIND OUT OK??

Only takes 21 days to form a new habit guys..WE GOT THIS!!

Right guys? GUYS?! #

Listen, I'm 40. I've worked in fitness for 20 years and as much as I want to get on the CALORIES IN CALORIES OUT IT SCIENCE train. That's just not how the metaphoracle cookie crumbles these days ya know?

Just keep moving and drink some water and eat something green and hope for the best guys.

She's 40, she's trying to stay motivated, she's trying to motivate others.

When I showed this post to Andrew I was in shock with his response..."oh did someone say something to you about not having kids?" 😳 Ya dude - once a day lol He said "really?! No one ever asks me why I don't have kids."

We had been dating 6 months and my mom was like hey does this dude know you don't want kids? So I finally got up the nerve to tell my new boyfriend that I was madly in love with - hey I don't want kids, so if you do...
His response was that he didn't see himself with kids either (he also threw in that he didn't want a dog, ever. Which is perfect cause neither do I lol)

I field the questions like a pro, it's been years of "well who will take care of you when you're old!" And "oh but you're missing out on such a beautiful part of life!" And "How does your husband feel about that?" And "Did something happen that made you feel like you couldn't be a mom?" And my all time favorite "you would have been the BEST mom though!"

Like bro, LET ME LIVE!!!

I love my friends kids and the kids in my family. LOVE them, but kid stuff is not my natural state of being and for so long I've tried to just follow my perfect mom friends' lead and done the social kid thing. Turns out I don't have to 😂 Auntie is allowed to send a gift and see them later. Praise the moms out there. GOD BLESS YOU lol

You know I am a BUSY gal and my default response to "how do you do it all" has always been "I don't have kids, pets or house plants and my husband tours! Plenty of time!" When actually I work my ass off. Not that those things don't HELP, but for REAL I work so hard. My work weeks are insane, I work 7 days a week and have for the better part of a decade.

No more downplaying it. I made my choice. I said what I said.

The human experience is trapped somewhere between eye masks and silk robes and never ending to do lists and rough internal monologues.

If you're barely hanging on, give yourself all the grace you can muster - none of this is easy.

Love you ❤️

A page for normal woman to talk about normal things and share daily trials and joys. by @nataliemoves

Just your friendly neighborhood ER Nurse reminding you that you don't need to seek emergency care for a flu swab, or chronic back pain, or dental work, or a strep test, or allergies.....

Think you broke your ankle? Look up local orthopedic urgent cares! Think you have Covid? Buy a test at Walgreens! Need a flu shot? Go to the minute clinic!

What is a medical emergency? Chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, head injuries, seizures, stroke like symptoms, ya know like...emergencies....anyways that's enough out of me 😂😂😂😂

No Gwenyth Paltrow priced items were harmed in the making of this morning routine.

Yall im just a 40 year old girlie waking up with hormonal face puffiness - standing in front of a mirror asking it to be gentle (or whatever the saying is 😂)

A few days a month, the puffiness comes for my confidence and I simply shant.

All the items I used are linked in my bios and highlights if you too like to spend less that $20 on skincare 😂

ER Saturdays mean I am out of the house for 15+ hours. The least I can do is drink so freakin water ya know?

175oz today - yes I pee all day because that's a normal bodily function. No I'm not washing out my electrolytes - I worked out and I was on my feet for 12+ hours today, hydration was a non-negotiable.

If nothing else she's a hydrated girlie ❤️💦💧 by @nataliemoves

Good morning - reminder that most mornings look like this. We're not $1000 skincare, penthouse apartment - we are so blessed to have something so "normal."

Getting up, water, lymphatic drainage, supplements, gym? HECK YA. How fun, how lucky.

It's easy to watch your favorite influencer and feel@like you're behind. That's not how this works. None of us are behind. None of us are less than. We're just in our own timeline.

Even on days you feel defeat and rundown, find one single thing to be grateful for then hang onto it for dear life.

We deserve to receive abundance.
