History in the making! The Washington Commanders are headed to the NFC Championship for the first time in 33 years after an unforgettable 45-point performance last night at Ford Field!

Shoutout to the young king Jayden Daniels for leading the charge and making us proud!

Let’s keep this momentum going—one game away from the Super Bowl! #HTTC #RaiseHail #NFCChampionshipBound by @natalienaomi

The smile. The hand on the hip. The sass. And that Blue Magic slick back was LAID. 😂 Not a flyaway in sight.

45 years later, some things haven’t changed. I’ve grown, I’ve healed. And somehow, life just keeps getting sweeter in ways I never expected. ❤️

I’m grateful for every lesson, every blessing, and every answered prayer.

Lost Files: 2025

4 days until 45, so I figured I’d let a few more memories out of the camera roll before birthday season officially begins. 🎞️💕

A little October–December rewind because reels take time, patience, and apparently the right mood… and today I had all three.

25 years later, and the sisterhood keeps growing. 🩷💚 Enjoyed spending time with my Spring ‘25 neos. Hearing what’s new on the yard and comparing stories from our Spring ’01 days was such a full-circle moment. Their energy, warmth, and love for our sisterhood reminded me that our legacy is in good hands. #alphaphimade @alphaphi_1932 @taylore_higgins @lee.sydneyy taken in New York, New York by @natalienaomi

As I prepare to celebrate my Silver Anniversary at the 72nd Boulé of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (AKA), I have found myself reflecting on what it truly means to be part of this illustrious sisterhood.

For twenty five years, AKA has shaped my understanding of leadership, strengthened my commitment to service, and reinforced my belief that our greatest impact comes when we use our gifts in service to others. As a public health professional, I am especially grateful to belong to an organization whose legacy has so often been ahead of its time.

Did you know that long before mobile health became a national public health strategy, AKA pioneered what is widely recognized as the nation's first mobile health clinic through the Mississippi Health Project? Launched in 1935, the initiative brought physicians, nurses, dentists, and volunteers into the Mississippi Delta, delivering medical, dental, nutrition, and health education services to nearly 15,000 children and adults. In many communities, clinics were established beneath trees because there were no buildings available.

Nearly a century later, bringing care directly into communities remains one of public health's most effective strategies for improving access and advancing health equity. Knowing that AKA helped pioneer that model is a source of tremendous pride.

I cannot wait to celebrate our remarkable legacy and exciting future under the leadership of our new International President. Congratulations Madame First Supreme Charletta Wilson Jacks 🥳

To all my Sorors, especially Alpha Phi & my beloved #2K1derful line sisters, thank you for twenty five years of friendship, encouragement, and laughter.

See you in Las Vegas. 💗💚 by @natalienaomi

Forever grateful to my NYC @pikappaomega Sorors for showering me in ALL the silver star love. Truly felt like royalty all weekend.

Being the newest AND only jewel in the chapter this year? I was SPOILED spoiled 😌! 12+ years active and hardworking in PKO … the love came ALL the way through.

Special shout out to @ms.uncommon @pinkninasimone @uptowngirlnic @sweet_sheeda for turning my room into a full Silver Star experience 🩶

And to the chapter that MADE me, @alphaphi_1932… you already know I love y’all DOWN. My 2, 18, 24 & 28 showed up and showed OUT in Boston to kick off our silver shenanigans.

Oh this is just the beginning… stay tuned for a summer full of silver star tings ✨
