recovery isn’t linear 🤍 6 weeks post-op today, but last week I felt like I was back at week one. I was finally turning a corner… then had a bad fall.
i’m learning patience in ways I didn’t expect, and appreciating taking it slow for a change.
progress is still progress, no matter how fast or slow. now I’m just taking it one day at a time.

Stepping into my twenty-fine era. 🥂🎈✨ #29

This past year was full of unexpected twists—from career changes to tearing my ACL. It challenged me in ways I never expected, but it also gave me unforgettable experiences, incredible people, and memories I’ll always hold close to my heart. 🤍

I’m walking into 29 with so much gratitude for everything that’s shaped me, even the hard parts. Feeling incredibly lucky to be surrounded by so much love and support.
