ADAMI PROSECCO DINNER
An autumnal southern supper prepared by @bwolfenstein & us to feature some very beautiful DOCG proseccos from @adami_wines

Special guest Enrico Valleferro of Adami will be in attendance to speak about their vineyard in Italy, an UNESCO World Heritage Site

We are hoping to enjoy these single vineyard proseccos under our beautiful oaks, but if Mother Nature has any tricks up her sleeves, we are ready to take it inside
So rain or shine, we are on tonight

In the shadow of Mt. Baker, there was a brewery in North Fork, WA that served pizza & clams together. An inspired pairing, pizza bones are the perfect carrier for all that beautiful liquor. A meal I convinced my bud, Mike Blonna, to make for a first Friday this past spring
Well, he's back to do it again!

Charlie, from Sapelo Sea Farms, is bringing in his beautiful clams for the night (Don't forget to get your tickets to the @eco.georgia GA Oyster Revival on Sunday! )

Mallory, heeding the PNW call, brought in some intriguing wines from Statera Cellars that we cannot wait to pour!

Tonight is the first @mfmsavannah in the backyard
It's not a market without @schmoefarm being there. So we are roasting some of his beautiful birds. Pairing it with a simple salad, a baguette, and a bottle of Mary Taylor white or red.

Eat it on our patio under the majestic oaks or take it home with your bounty from the market...tu choisis

That makes $91,000 raised since the start of this cookie sale! 🫶🏼 So proud!

But the biggest thank you goes to these incredible restaurants that put their name on this sale every year. Many are asked and many say no. These folks show up in more than "let's post a meme about a women's right to choose." Let's show up for them and support their small LOCAL businesses over and over again
