Late Post, but Worth the Share!

March was a month of challenges, targets, and growth—and I’m proud to share that I emerged as the Top Salesperson of the Month!

Grateful for the recognition and even more thankful for the amazing team and clients that made it possible. Every pitch, follow-up, and closed deal was a step forward, and this award is a reminder that consistency and a positive mindset truly pay off.

On to greater wins in the months ahead!

It was an honor to receive the award for Best Realtor of the Year 2025 at Terra Developers! 🏆

First off all, I want to thank God because without him this will not have been possible and also my amazing clients for believing in me and trusting me to manage their investments

This milestone reminds me that hard work, consistency, and passion always pay off! 🙌✨ taken in Oniru by @natashauchenna

🎉 I didn’t just celebrate a birthday… I celebrated PURPOSE. 💖

This year, I chose to share my joy with those who remind me what true joy really is — the blind, the maimed, the lepers, the forgotten.

🕊️ “When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed.”
— Luke 14:13–14 (NIV)

I’ve learned that impact > party, and purpose > popularity.
Feeding these precious souls wasn’t an act of charity — it was an act of deep happiness. This is what fills my heart. ❤️

💫 I don’t just want a life of celebration, I want a life of meaning.

**“Where strategy meets serenity ⛳✨
Deals are closed in boardrooms… but relationships are built on the golf course.

Every swing teaches patience.
Every hole teaches focus.
Every game builds connections.

This isn’t just golf — it’s positioning.

Quiet moves. Premium circles. Intentional growth. 💼🌿

Happy Birthday, my beautiful sister 💖
It’s such a joy to see the amazing woman you’ve become — not just my sister, but a loving wife, a devoted mother, and a shining example of grace and strength. I’ve watched you grow through different seasons of life, and with each one, you’ve only become more inspiring.

You wear so many crowns with so much dignity — as a mother, a wife, a sister, and a friend — and you make it look effortless. I’m proud of the way you love, the way you nurture, and the way you keep your light shining no matter what life throws your way.

On this special day, I pray for a year filled with peace, joy, laughter, and the fulfillment of every prayer you’ve whispered in your heart. You deserve the best life has to offer, today and always.

I love you deeply, sis. Keep shining. 🌹✨ taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @natashauchenna
