I had the opportunity to mix a really interesting show a couple nights ago. Ran out of inputs and mics, but got to mix on 1 of the 1st digital consoles I ever touched in the same venue I have an KCACTF nominated sound design from. My board recording sounds pretty sick actually. Maybe I'll share a little sometime. #audio #soundgirl #audioconsole #mixing #audioengineer by @natashiabrienne

My 1st Federal Frenzy in the books. The wind tried to blow us away, but I still had a great time. Shout out to my crew and IATSE crew! Also, shout out to my man, I love working with you! @benadams_64 #productionmanager #audio #audiocouple #crew #musicfestival by @natashiabrienne

Can’t take me anywhere. Not even a work trip lol “Hey, put your head in there.” Me- “ok here’s my phone… oh it’s moist in here.” Cue crew laughter. #worktrip #dinner #fun #production #entertainment #presidential by @natashiabrienne

Welcome back, me, from my Instagram hiatus. Definitely fell off the algorithm. 🌟 PLEASE STICK WITH ME TO THE END OF THIS POST 🌟 It was important that I focus on rebuilding myself after the wedding was canned and I moved back home. It wasn’t about heartbreak or anything. LITERALLY… THANK GOD FOR TAKING ME FROM THAT SITUATION AND PLACING ME WHERE I AM. Is it what I expected at 30? No. Do I miss my amazing friends and church peeps in Nashville? Yes. Do I miss my routine and having a place of my own? Yes. But I’m grateful for loving parents and family. I’m grateful for a great job doing what I love. I’m thankful to have the opportunity to worship, workout, be outdoors, etc. I gained stress weight during the past few years and struggled to get rid of it. So, here are some current pictures of me at least 10lbs from where I was and getting more confident and healthier every week. My advice to everyone: Never, NEVER, neglect yourself to please others. You are God’s beautiful creation. So, treat your body that way. Treat your mind that way. My dudes… just treat yourself like you are God’s masterpiece. Because spoiler alert… YOU ARE! #health #journey #fitness #godscreation #beautiful #encouragement by @natashiabrienne
