DAY 12 💖 Hollie’s Light Walk 2026… goodness me, what an incredible morning and turnout for our beautiful Hollie, celebrating her and her Dad’s life on his birthday. I’m just in awe of the crew who turned out in the freezing cold.. gosh it was special and God is so kind giving us such a beautiful morning 😍 THANK YOU to everyone who was there or has sent texts, photos, encouragement and made donations. Hollie’s Light 2026: 31 Sunrises for Youth Mental Health 💛

Three years ago, my beautiful niece Hollie went to Heaven. 🩷

She brought so much light to mine and my families life. She was funny, talented and amazing. We would sit and laugh for hours about everything and nothing, talking in stupid, funny voices that made us laugh more.

After years of being bullied at school and losing her dad to leukaemia when she was only 15, Hollie endured mental health challenges for a long time.

To honour her life and the light she bought to us, our family is once again raising awareness and funds for youth mental health through Youth Focus.

After everything Hollie and our family experienced, we’re passionate about helping young people have access to the support they need, while also standing alongside the families and friends who love them.

The Challenge 💛 1–31 July 2026 💛 Walk at sunrise (or sunset) each day. 💛 Together, we’ll shine a light on youth mental health and remind others they’re never alone.

How to join… 📸 Take a photo of your sunrise (or sunset). ✍️ Share a thought, memory or message, and use #hollieslight so we can see your posts and follow each other’s journey throughout the month.

🌄 Sunday 12 July | 7:00am Join us for a sunrise walk along the South Perth Foreshore where we’ll remember and celebrate Hollie. This date falls closest to the anniversary of her going to Heaven and her dad’s birthday. 🫶🏻

Whether you knew Hollie personally, love someone going through mental health challenges or just want to help make a difference, we’d love for you to join us and support our fundraiser via the link in my bio.

Hockey WA: The end of an era

Oh gosh, what to say… a couple of weeks ago, I finished up my time at Hockey WA after working there for 5 years!! I’m not sure how to sum it up other than this photo collage and a list of what I loved most about it…

✨Hollie’s Light✨ This morning an amazing group of family and friends gathered at sunrise to walk in honour of my beautiful niece, Hollie, who went to heaven 2 years ago. We walked and talked and reminisced. There aren’t words to describe how grateful we are for all the love, support, texts, and shared photos we’ve had this month.
