if you’ve been here a while, things are about to look a little different. 🐾
same me but a new chapter.

for 4 years i coached women through fat loss, healing their relationship with food, and learning to actually enjoy the process. i poured everything into Align Wellness and my clients gave it right back. that work changed my life.

but for the last 8 months i’ve been quietly going back and forth on something. feeling pulled in a direction i kept trying to logic my way out of. telling myself i could do both. telling myself stopping felt selfish.

Wiggly Butts Foundation launched in january 2026. we partner with the city of abq animal welfare department to bring shelter dogs into the community so people can meet them outside of a kennel and fall in love with who they actually are. and with every single day i become more certain it’s exactly what i’m meant to be doing.

and if you’ve ever thought about working with me on your nutrition — now is your chance. i’m accepting new 1:1 clients for the last time before i close my books in july. dm me the word “align” and let’s talk. 🖤

this page is evolving with me. behind the scenes of building a nonprofit, the wins, the hard days, the dogs, the lessons. still fitness and nutrition because that’s in my dna. and if my story felt like yours, here’s your reminder that you’re not crazy for feeling called toward something new. 🖤

@wigglybuttsfoundation for everything foundation related🫶🏻🐶

thanks for being here💕

We need your help, and so do the dogs🐾

Wiggly Butts Foundation has been named a Top 3 Finalist for Nonprofit of the Year through the Hispano Heritage Awards, and we are asking you to vote for us every single day until October 9th.

Six months ago we didn’t exist. Today we have hosted 25 community adoption events at local businesses, brought 83 shelter dogs out of their kennels and into the world, and found forever homes for 55 of them.

Everything has been built on community, a labor of love, and a refusal to look away🖤

This nomination means everything to our young foundation, and your vote means everything to us🥹

🗳️ voting is open now through October 9th
🗳️ you can vote once per day
🗳️ it takes one minute
🗳️ link is in our bio and pinned in the comments
Vote for the ones who can’t vote for themselves. 🐾

Not only is Ariel cute, but she’s affectionate, smart, eager to learn, dog friendly, good with babies, and overall just a good girl🥹 this 9 month old pittie mix is ready to find her furever home, could that be with you?

Dm if interested🖤🐾
