Understanding how my body moves through the seasons has been key to my rite of passage work over the years. I had to “unlearn” all the overriding that was so thick in my culture as a gen x babe. It’s been an excruciating journey at times and one I am yet to master. Fortunately menopause came along and checked me so it’s getting easier to surrender to more softness as the Crone energy infiltrates my being in the most stunning ways.
I love being a woman and navigating the feminine in all her mystery. And feel incredibly privileged to even have the space and freedom to listen and learn from my body each and every day. It also felt empowering to document how far I have come in the slowing down just by pulling together this reel of my last few weeks.
I hope this Mother’s Day whatever you have the honour of mothering in your life (humans, animals, creative projects, careers), that you have a moment to acknowledge your own connection to your body, your loved ones and the world around you.

Are you tired of all your old stories and patterns? Are your relationships thriving? Is it just the same old stuff that shows up time after time in relating? Are you always tired? ✨Nourishment isn’t always a passive act. Sometimes it’s grabbing the opportunity to transform and putting a big old stake in the ground for yourself.

When I create my offerings, I’m always thinking about the opportunity I want to provide women with and how that can feel on the other side.

It’s so important to me that women feel nourished to their core and in their cells, and that is not usually obtained just in the passive being. There also needs to be some human doing. And of course we will be there to support and hold you in wherever you need to go to truly meet yourself.

Right now many people are struggling. There seems to be a lot of tension and tightness in the energetics. If this is you I just want you to know that I see you.

As someone who has always been super sensitive to energy on all the levels, I know how hard it can be sometimes just to be with myself let alone with the world outside. Working WITH energy completely changed my life. Being initiated into the abundant realms of psychic sensitivity, creation, magic and pure love and joy literally made it so much more relaxing for me to live in this world and that was many moons ago. Even now each time I sit in an energetic clearing session with someone, or with a group of people I still feel like it’s the first time. I get so excited for people to clear anything in their way and return to their pure essence.

I can feel that right now we need to raise the vibration of the planet. That’s why it feels heavy. We have a big job to do collectively and our energetics can feel that, even if our minds haven’t quite caught up to the plan.
