A letter to myself a year ago:

Nate,

Happy Birthday. You’re 28 bud. Enjoy your day and make the most of it. You deserve it. What you don’t know yet, is that this is going to be the hardest year of your life.

You lose everything. Your marriage, your family, your friends, your home, your job, and most of all… yourself. You get judged, labeled, manipulated, and your mind goes dark. You get severely depressed and push everyone away, focusing on the noise in the moment thinking it’s going to get better. It doesn’t.

When you get to that point, you think it’s the end. There’s nothing left to live for and give up. You get bitter and sad, blaming it on everything and everyone around you when the underlying issue is with you. I’m so sorry you had to endure all of that. And to this day I still cry feeling so bad for you.

But…things get better. You grieve, you reflect, you heal, and you move forward. You work on yourself and redirect your energy to what matters in your life right now. You find a great therapist, You read and gain so much knowledge, work on your health, reconnect with your faith, and learn to love yourself again.

At this point in time as I write this to you, you’re still healing, but you’re in a much better spot. You’re happy, motivated, confident, and at peace. You have an amazing support group of friends and family who help you get to where you want to be. You go back to school, you get a new job. You meet and form bonds with new people. It takes so much work but don’t ever give up.

You’re kind.
You care.
You’re a good person.
You matter.

By the time you turn 29, you old bat, you’ll have so much love and care for yourself that you don’t have another option except to give some of that to the people around you. You’re doing your best and living a good life. Stay positive. Dont give up.

The last clip we were messing around 😭😂

Have been hitting with both versions of the hybrid for some time playing games, drills, and just hitting around and something about the blackout feels springy and gritty.

@aireosports Cyclone Hybrid shape 🌳🌀

Folks, they’re cooking with this one 🔥

After getting some time with the hybrid shape, already I notice a much bigger sweet spot, a lower swing weight, and lower balance point for faster hands at the kitchen. Still the same explosive power and the Nanograph surface texture still providing elite tier spin.

I originally had to use weight for the original elongated models but I don’t think this needs much or any really.

First impressions, This might be my new main moving forward and super impressed so far. I’ll have a more in depth review later on.
