Wonderful weekend with the people I love the most.

Absolutely incredible to not only watch but meet my favourite band, who have been the soundtrack to the last 6 years of my life. Super chill guys. Amazing show.

Here it is. The end of 75Hard.
Day 1: 96.5kg. Day 75: 87kg

For those who somehow missed it, for the last 75 days, I've been living by a set of rules. If I had failed any one of those rules just once, I would have restarted. The rules were as follows:

2 workouts a day, every day. 1 of which outside, whatever the weather.

No rest days.

10 pages of a non-fiction book.

4 litres of water a day.

No alcohol, no cheat meals.

Stick to a diet.

Progress picture every day.

I gotta say I'm pretty proud of myself. While the past 75 days have had their difficult moments, the benefits I have felt not only physically but especially mentally have made doing this challenge so worthwhile.

Throughout this process, I've run, climbed, lifted weights, gone for walks in storms, started yoga, got back to Muay Thai, and completed home workouts after 12-hour shifts. My body, while tired, feels so much stronger and capable than it was 10 weeks ago.

I've discovered how much I enjoy reading and managed to get through 3 books: Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins (cliché I know), Diver by Tony Groom, An Immense World by Ed Yong.

Without tracking calories, I've kept my diet completely clean and never given in to any temptations I've (definitely) had. Literally, not even tasted crisps or chocolate. I don't recommend this kind of restricting in general. This was a personal challenge for my own discipline.

I've pissed. A lot. Four litres of water has you feeling great but having to chug a litre before bed because you haven't paced your intake right is awful.

For anyone thinking of doing 75Hard or even a variation of it, if your schedule/life allows it, I definitely recommend it. My DMs are open if you want to ask me anything about it!

Special shout out of course, to @jennymccreadie who did this right along side me. Incredibly proud

For now, I'm going to enjoy a short break and rest up. It's safe to say, however, I'll be taking most of the habits I've built with me. by @nate_szek
