@natecappa doing his thang! @barchimera at @550madison is one of the greatest openings of the year. Absolutely love that they have a multi restaurant and bar concept so you can hop around and they allow standing at the bar (some places do not) so you can always walk in, get a drink, and wait for something to open up. The cocktails are ice cold!

New chapter, made it out the basement! Very excited about this new behemoth. Still with my crazy, talented compatriots at GHM but this time we're doing something new, unprecedented, aspirationally obsessive and FUN w/ @barchimera . Thank God I became obsessed with martinis and whisky years ago... Cote in the basement channels the mystery and sexiness of Undercote and @newyork_sushi_yoshitake opening soon... What can I say!
