Saturday morning walkathon with Isla bear along a track I hadn’t been on since college days where we use to slide down the hill on cardboards 😁 and played cops and robbers 👀🤣. Track starts when you head up the stairs on Tukanae st reserve and take a right before the stairs that leads to Ahuriri St. It connects to the Kekerenga St Play ground. Then you can make your way to the barracks that overlooks Lyall Bay and the airport. Forgot how beautiful Strathmore is 💯💙 Plenty of other tracks that surround the Hill 💯💙🫡 ##Walkathons ##CapCity04 HillSide by @natedaog44

Super grateful for the uso, Rino for giving up your time and guiding us last Sunday at @_reapersc23 That workout got us reaaaal good 😅🫡💯 Still recovering from it, but absolutely loved it. Running Junes 42kms last night was the hardest one to date due to self inflicted decisions. I had that voice in my head saying “it’s okay, I can run it next month. You just have to run 2” catching up with the homies on Saturday was definitely the best timing. This group was always uplifting and ready to help when things get tough. To top it off, volunteering for the heart foundation on Sunday and handing the medals out on the finish line was special. Seeing people achieve their goals was super rewarding, as I was one of these people last year in the same event. That is where I kicked off my running journey. God is Good. Thank you @ezra_toma for the pick up 😅 appreciate you homie 💯🙏🏿💙“Discipline is the art of not betraying yourself” 6 down 6 more to run. ##44Life by @natedaog44
