BELLE of the ball 💛🌹

Chartacter Couture 1 was inspired by none other than Princess Belle ✨

Well done to everyone who guessed correctly and thank you for getting involved!

It’s almost criminal that I didn’t get a photo with the rose on full display 🤦🏾‍♀️ so I’ve added the snap I took in my studio after I created it (swipe right ➡️), 10 minutes before I left the house, as I’d forgotten to pick a real rose from my garden (which was the original plan). I love how the fabric rose turned out in the end 🌹

Look out for the full video Character Couture 1: Princess Belle coming soon!

Who will I turn into next?

Stay tuned to find out 👀

I just won 1:1 mentorship with the legend that is @damekellyholmes . 🥇🥇🤩

On Saturday 20th June, the @ukbbshow hosted the Black Business Forum in Birmingham and with HSBC, offered a competition for one lucky person in the building to win 1:1 mentorship with the incredible athlete, businesswoman, philanthropist and all round inspiration that is Dame Kelly Holmes.

Well, I was fortunate enough to be selected as the winner of the and to say I’m looking forward to speaking with her is an understatement!!!!

The day covered so many important and valuable topics for entrepreneurs and those wanting to climb the corporate ladder. It was also the perfect place to network and connect with likeminded individuals from Birmingham and beyond.

A huge thank you and well done to the organisers for making this event possible!

A brilliant night at the Association of Jamaican National Awards and Gala, celebrating the achievements of local hero’s and youths across the West Midlands and beyond.

A room full of legacy, ambition and promise of future greatness 🇯🇲❤️

Side note: creased fabric is my archenemy 💀

Someone said this piece is giving #Princess Jasmine👸🏽… do you see it?

I will forever be in love with the way silk moves and the way it makes me move. 💃🏾

Occasion wear is so much much than just clothing, it’s a way for us to express ourselves in a way that we often don’t.

A way for us to become somebody else… whoever we want to be. It’s a huge part of the reason I became a fashion designer.

You’re never too old to stop playing dress up. Remember that ❤️
