Grinding the teeth by @monterogoyo at the Prix.

The process for learning and exploring this solo was something deeply personal to me, and I’m so grateful that I performed it in such a beautiful theatre.

This piece feels like a struggle between a person’s different wants, needs, and desires, which are sometimes unknown and jump out when we are least expecting. It is dark and it is profound 🖤

I am forever grateful to the @prixdelausanne for the experience of a lifetime. The week was incredible, and I have learned a lot about myself. I can't believe it has already been two weeks since the final.

I want to thank my coach and mentor, @meelispakri for guiding me through this rough and rocky road, and @theharidconservatory for supporting me every step of the way. Also thanks to @libdeen for the insightful coaching.

The future is looking very exciting, and I'll keep updating here ❤️🇨🇭
