Reverse seared this thick ribeye 🥩 NOT grass fed cus i honestly dont like the taste.. anyone else??? I like the grain fed steaks so much more 😭

250° for 30 min, then a ripping hot pan with grass-fed butter, fresh rosemary, garlic & cracked pepper. I was aiming for medium rare but defs left it in the oven a little too long.. still one of the best steaks i’ve made. The dogs approved too.

How do u like ur steak?

11 pm Monday night in Cartagena 💨🍦

The last time we were in the Old Town was Thursday, and it was super lively on the streets. Monday was def a lot quieter, but we managed to find an ice cream spot that was still open.

My milkshake was 26,000 COP (super yummy) 😋

If you’re visiting cartagena, don’t skip the street food. Fresh lemonade, grilled chicken and steak skewers, and plenty of vendors cooking everything right in front of you. Easily one of the best ways to experience the city 🍢
