#transformationtuesday
I used to have a really bad lifestyle before and ate constant crap, then I crashed dieted to lose weight, cutting things out and dropped weight but my whole life I struggled to build muscle. The first picture was taken back before Herbalife and the middle is January on our first 21 day challenge and the right one was last weekend
There are so many concepts out there of how men should build muscle what they should take it can feel confusing. For me herbalife is just my personal choice that’s helped me the most. Alongside a consistent gym routine, changing my nutrition habits although I’m not exactly where I want to be and I still can feel Unconfident around some with the abs popping and big muscles, I feel far better than I ever did. And I’m getting there through consistency of Daily habits. It hasn’t happened overnight, but it’s been easier than you think with the herbalife products doing the hard work of working out my macros and micros and helping to supplement my lifestyle in the right way to achieve my goals.. I’m still a working progress everyday but this is my journey 💪🏼
.
‘you’ll hear often but you’re not meant to have muscle, that’s just you, you won’t be big, well yes us men have different body types, but don’t let that define you, you can achieve what you set your mind to want to achieve for you. Only compare you to yourself’

8 years of us. ❤️
Two beautiful kids. One crazy dog. A million memories.
We’ve laughed, cried, struggled, grown and loved through it all.

Life hasn’t always been easy, but there’s nobody else I’d rather have beside me through every chapter.

Still you. Always you. Forever us. ❤️🥂
Happy 8th anniversary, my love. ♾️

Today marks the end of an era 13 years at Truck Engineering ❤️

What a 13 years it’s been! So many memories, challenges, ups and downs, but most importantly, so many amazing people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting along the way

Some started as colleagues but became friends, and some became more like family. I’ll never forget the laughs, the good times, the tough times, and everything in between.

I’m definitely going to miss the place and, most of all, the people I’ve worked alongside over the years ❤️

But every chapter has to come to an end…

Now it’s time for something different. A new start. A new adventure. 🚀

Here’s to the next chapter! 🥂

Thank you Truck Engineering for the past 13 years ♥️ I will see be in touch with you all 🫶🏻

One day I’ll look back at these moments and realise just how much they meant to me

Being your dad and husband isn’t just about today. It’s about building a better tomorrow for the three of you. Times are about to change, and there are big things ahead, but every decision I make, every sacrifice, every long day and every step forward is for you three

I might not always get it right, and you might not always see what I’m working towards, but I hope one day you understand that everything I’m doing is because I want to give you a better life, more memories, more opportunities, and a future you can be proud of

Walking hand in hand, watching you grow, and knowing that I get to call you mine

Everything I do is for you three Always ❤️

Sometimes booking a last minute spontaneous trip without allowing your ‘must plan everything’ head to take over 🙃 is one of the best things you can do ❤️ by @nath_p86

It’s never just football.

It’s the memories, the traditions, the rivalry, the grandparents, the parents and the kids making their own moments.

And watching them fall in love with something that meant so much to me growing up and still does now feels pretty special 🤍 #football #footballislife #familydays #liverpoolfc #youllneverwalkalone by @nath_p86

Local brummie lad Jude knows where to go 😉😉

Always great to welcome local talent through the doors at Willenhall Nutrition… even if this one’s just a bit of fun! 🤖⚽

Getting the nutrition dialled in before the biggest stage of them all. 💪🔥

Success starts with what you do behind the scenes, and fuelling your body the right way is a huge part of performing at your best.

Wishing Jude and the whole England squad the very best for the World Cup.

Let’s go England! 🏆🦁🦁🦁
