ART PARIS — Scenography for @galerie.dinavierny at @artparisartfair

Inspired by the legacy of Dina Vierny, this stand reimagines a Parisian apartment with Art Deco influences : a refined setting where each artwork engages in dialogue with its surroundings. A quiet interlude within the fair, bringing together sculptures by Robert Couturier, Aristide Maillol and Fernand Léger, alongside works on paper and paintings by Pablo Picasso, Serge Poliakoff, Simon Hantaï or Judit Reigl.

Grateful to collaborate with my dear friends @pierrelorquin and @lorquinlerequin on this project 🫶🏻

Special thanks to @maisonleleu @galeriemcde and @pouenat.official for the loan of these exceptional furniture pieces.

Projektant Nathan Baraness @nathanbaraness stworzył dla siebie i swojej partnerki przytulne mieszkanie, którego styl jest subtelną mieszanką paryskich inspiracji i designu XX wieku.

Pochodzący z 7. dzielnicy Paryża projektant marzył o znalezieniu mieszkania dokładnie przy rue Jacob w dzielnicy Saint-Germain-des-Prés. „Dla mnie projektowanie wnętrz jest jak gotowanie, jak równowaga faktur i kolorów, jak odpowiednia ilość nowoczesnych przedmiotów i tych o bardziej spatynowanym wyglądzie, które nadają miejscu duszę...”.

Nathan Baraness (@nathanbaraness ) es un diseñador francés cuya mano dibuja tanto el espacio habitable como el objeto-ornamento con la misma sensibilidad evocadora.

Desde su estudio parisino, Baraness articula dos vertientes íntimamente vinculadas: la arquitectura interior que interpreta como un relato del habitar y el diseño de producto, cuya expresión ocupa con elegancia el terreno de los objetos y muebles que acompañan la vida. Su firma, recogida en los muros de su oficina y en las piezas que diseña, es el fruto de una fuerza motriz: la curiosidad.

Nathan Baraness (@nathanbaraness ) is a French designer whose hand draws both the living space and the ornamental object with the same evocative sensitivity.

From his Paris studio, Baraness articulates two intimately connected disciplines: interior architecture, which he interprets as a narrative of inhabiting, and product design, whose expression gracefully occupies the realm of objects and furniture that accompany life. His signature—reflected in the walls of his office and in the pieces he designs—is the fruit of a driving force: curiosity.
