Finally tried Goldee’s Bar-B-Q in Fort Worth, TX. @goldeesbbq • Woke up like 5AM. Got there 7AM. Doors 11AM. I’ve been following BBQ for a while now. Ever since I saw the video by Alvin Zhou on Youtube and following Texas Monthly, I wanted to try. Arguably the best barbecue I ever had. I have had so many now. It’s hard to compare. All I know is there is true passion, hard work, and love at Goldee’s and it’s worth a try. I love the bbq culture and vibe at Goldee’s. Super cool vibes. Super cool chatting it up with everyone in line too. The BBQ game is real. That turkey was 10/10. Best I ever had. Favorite of the day. The lean brisket was perfect; Spectacular. Amazing texture and flavor. Loved all the sausage. Pork ribs were great too. The bread salad was HELLA good. Fresh, great palette cleanser, and unique. They said they just thought of it today too. More photos from Kansas City, Missouri. 6/21 - 6/24. LC’s Bar-B-Q is one of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. The flavor and texture were unreal. Brisket was easy to eat and tasted amazing. The burnt ends had an amazing smoke and char flavor + amazing savory flavor from the seasoning. Ribs and ham were hella good too. I don’t even watch baseball, but appreciate the history. The @nlbmuseumkc was cool to see. Not even going to lie; Arthur Bryant’s was terrible. I understand the long history, but it was hella dry and tough. Always love trying local coffee shops. PT’s Coffee was some of the best I have had. One day, got a cold brew. Another day, got a hot pour over, Ecuador blend. Kansas City International Airport is one of the nicest airports I’ve been to. by @nathangoldview
