I’m not good with words, but I have to share how proud of my man! This weekend he competed in a CrossFit competition @mountainwestchampionship and gave it his all and it paid off! He took 1st in the Men’s RX division. I love supporting him and watching the strength and endurance he has. He really puts everything he has into each event! These workouts that @crossfitcanvas schedules are rough.

RESULTS

After class today, a friend comes up and said “164 calories? Seriously is that you?!”

At this point the mountain west championship is a week away, I should probably be backing off on my intensity, but I have a hard time with that. I like pushing myself all the time and seeing what my body is capable of. I’m so grateful to have a strong and healthy body so that I can enjoy my hobbies! by @nathangrant13

Wow! 9 years with this beautiful woman. I love you @brianabelluomini It seems like a few weeks ago that I was sitting in church listening to you speak, thinking “I need that girl in my life”. I love you more every day and I am so grateful to be able to do life with you. Things can get hard, crazy, or frustrating, but I’m glad I’m going through it with you because the happy days, the smiles, the memories last so much longer than the tough times. 9 years down.
