Slow sensuous summer >>>

Deconditioning living from a state of urgency and relearning sensual living.

Sensuality feels like the antidote to a culture that has taught us to constantly reach for what’s next.

It requires us to slow down and take life in through our senses.

Sensuality is how we receive and experience life through our body. It’s how we are in contact with life.

Sensuality invites us to meet the moment. To let life in. To smell it, taste it, feel it, see it, hear it.

What information is available to me in this very moment?
What is life trying to communicate with me?

How much can I say yes to whatever is here? Take it in + savour it.

Sensuality is the practice of making life your lover. 💦 by @nathanthoen

The happiest song in the whole entire world has been all yours for two full days!

@nathanthoen and I had the absolute joy of working on this one with @richardcraker, and we can’t believe it’s finally out in the world after writing it over seven years ago.

We hope you love it as much as we do. Tell us what you think in the comments! 🌊 🐢 🤍 by @nathanthoen

The Happy Song is officially out! I love this song so much and am so stoked to have it out in the wild!🦁

Huge shoutout to my soul brother @bransonsam aka @wavesrushin and the legendary @richardcraker pretty wild to see this one already getting some airtime on the @bbcradio1

This one feels like a big step for me as it’s not only one of my favourite songs ever but also my first feature on a track, one step closer to releasing my solo music which I pinky promise is coming! Been working overtime on @bombargo’s new album which drops next week and I cannot wait for you guys to hear that in totality too!!! It’s truly incredible 📀

Kelowna, we’ll see you at @summereditfest on Saturday!!

Lemme know what you think of the tune and feel free to use it in a reel or story if ya feeling the summer vibes!

STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING! 🚨☀️

The happiest song in the WORLD has been seven years in the making, and today it’s finally yours!! 🌊❤️

Tell me something that makes you happy in the comments and I’ll send you a little something… 👇🏼✨

@nathanthoen and I wrote this about seven years ago, sitting together with a couple of Yudelele’s, and somehow this little song has stayed with us all this time.

I’m SO excited that we’ve finally put it out into the world. 🙌🏼

More than anything, I hope it brings a little happiness, light and joy into your day, whatever you might be going through. We could all do with spreading a little more of that around right now. ☀️

Save it, share it, send it to your person. ❤️

When the power of love overcomes the love of power❤️

I wrote this song 10 years ago after reading Jimi Hendrix quote… I’ve always loved it but never finished it and after seeing that incredible engagement I felt inspired to share it. Congratulations to the newly engaged couple! What a lovely message to spread ❤️
