We’re launching full speed ahead with an epic day at Next Level Paintball—and we’re inviting two types of people:

🎯 Adventure enthusiasts genuinely interested in becoming a Native Earth Facilitator/Support Worker.

🌿 NDIS participants and others wanting to discover whether our adventure-based support, respite, mentorship and positive role models are right for them.

This isn’t a free event for anyone looking for something to do. Purchasing a ticket shows that you’re genuinely interested in either joining Native Earth as a Facilitator or discovering whether our services are right for you.

We want to share this experience with people who are ready to show up, get involved and commit to something meaningful.

All new Facilitators begin as casual employees with minimal hours. As we find the right members to match with you, we’ll work to increase your hours and help turn this opportunity into more than a job—it can become a lifestyle.

Native Earth recruitment only happens a few times a year, and we don’t employ just anyone. We’re looking for genuine people who value connection, health, growth, nature, adventure and making a real difference.

🎙️ A conversation for anyone thinking about starting a business — or already deep in the journey.

I recently had the opportunity to sit down on the Up & Adam Podcast and talk openly about business, purpose, influence and some of the experiences that have shaped the way I approach life and entrepreneurship.

One of the biggest things I’ve learnt is that who you surround yourself with matters.

The people you engage with, learn from and allow into your sphere of influence can have a massive impact on how you think, how you grow and ultimately how you show up in the world.

This week on Up and Adam, I sit down with Josh McDonald. A seriously likable, high energy guy who I first met at the Speakers Project. We chat about meeting at the Speakers Project and feeding off that high vibe energy, his journey of building and restructuring his own business from the ground up, the lessons that come with learning how to actually run a successful business, and the passion he has for helping people.
We also get into work / life balance, chasing something you’re genuinely passionate about, and a few of the bigger lessons life throws at us along the way. A really good yarn with a genuine, driven and bloody easy to like guy.

This weekend I had the privilege of completing The Speakers Project with The Happiness Co, and all I can say is... wow.

The quality of the program, the people in the room, the facilitation, and the environment they created was nothing short of exceptional.

Public speaking isn't just about standing on a stage. It's about finding the courage to own your story and using your experiences—especially the painful ones—to create hope, connection and positive change for others.

If you've ever felt called to share your message, inspire others, or transform your greatest adversity into something that serves the world, I couldn't recommend this program enough.

A huge thank you to Julian Pace and the entire The Happiness Co team for creating such a powerful experience. I'm excited to continue developing as a speaker and sharing my message with the world.

Your story matters. Sometimes the chapters you tried hardest to hide become the very words someone else needed to hear.

"One of the things I love most about Native Earth is that support doesn't have to happen inside four walls.

We've been up here in Denham, Western Australia, for the last two weeks, and it's been an absolute adventure.

We've been fishing, hitting the skate park, playing Pokémon Go, shooting some pool, throwing darts, riding bikes, scooters and skateboards, exploring these incredible sand dunes, meeting new people, hanging out with local kids and families, and even bouncing around on the giant pillow at the caravan park.

Right now, we're collecting some firewood because we're about to cook up a campfire and hopefully catch a few fresh whiting to throw straight onto the coals.

For us, this is what disability support is all about.

It's about getting outside, connecting with nature, connecting with people, building confidence, creating friendships and making memories that actually mean something.

Support doesn't have to feel clinical. It can feel like freedom. It can feel like adventure. It can feel like living.

That's what we strive to create every single day at Native Earth.
