Dear Friends and Family,

This November, I’m lacing up for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon with Team For Kids. I will be running all 26.2 miles through the five boroughs to raise critical funds for New York Road Runners’ youth and community programs.

As a third-year medical student, I have spent years surrounded by the transformative power of movement. From my time at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, conducting clinical research in sports medicine, assisting with sideline coverage for college athletes, and coordinating medical tracking for thousands of runners at the Boston Marathon, I have seen firsthand how physical activity builds resilience, confidence, and lifelong health. This is especially true for kids.

Team For Kids believes every child deserves that chance. Their free running-based programs serve more than 250,000 youth annually in underserved communities across the country and around the world. These programs teach fitness, goal-setting, teamwork, and healthy habits that last a lifetime. In a time when childhood obesity and inactivity are rising, these programs are more important than ever.

Running is my own outlet and teacher. From playing team sports to crossing race finish lines, sports, running, and movement have shaped who I am. Now, as a medical student passionate about helping people of all ages stay active and healthy, I am thrilled to combine that love with meaningful impact.

I have set an ambitious fundraising goal, and every dollar goes directly to TFK’s youth initiatives. If you are able, please consider donating. No amount is too small. Your support will help a child discover the joy of running, set big goals, and build a healthier future.

Cheers to 100!!!
100 years of wisdom, strength, and pure inspiration. 💖 My great grandma, my rock, my greatest role model—she still walks 6 miles a day- and my number one supporter in every adventure, big or small. Happy birthday to my baseball, basketball, and sports-loving queen, my Easter bunny, my Sees candy provider, and my favorite lunch date!
