DETOX TIME BABY!!!!

Looking back at my early 20's I can't believe I've really spent the past 6 years playing the guessing game on what it is that's truly wrong with my insides causing all these unwanted visitors 😡

the amount of times I've cried or not gone out because I was having a bad skin day is terrible - don't even get me started on trying to put makeup on top of acne and it not applying good

Findings from my blood test:
- not enough water + too much alcohol (my liver is not happy with me, mind you I drink 2-3 drinks weekends only) bye bye alcohol
- blood glucose = mad at me (I don't eat enough food, at a regular scheduled time, and too many carbs eeek)

Laughing because this entire time I thought there was something really wrong and it's really just my own actions causing this 👁️👄👁️

Time is flying so fast and it's making me so excited, nervous, terrified, HOPEFUL for the future!!!!

I took a bomb yoga class (s/o @jordanfulkerson) yesterday and the theme was purpose and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. Every phase of my life I've always thought I was so sure about the direction I was heading and needed a clear reason behind everything I do.

The older I'm getting I'm realizing my purpose is just to be alive and to smell the pretty flowers and tell the stupid jokes and to hug people a little too hard taken in San Diego, California by @natnwn
