We’re moving our Saturday runs back to an 8:30 AM start time to match the sunshine (because running in daylight before the heat hits & schedules get wild > everything ☺️)

Still riding the high from our Sac Run Week event! 💜💙

We went right into Urban Cow but we NEED to give some love to the amazing businesses and friends who helped make our Sac Running Week raffle party one to remember! 🎉😂 Because if there’s one thing NRC knows how to do, it’s give away some GOOD stuff! 🙌🏽

From fitness and wellness goodies to food, drinks, treats, and some seriously amazing raffle prizes, y’all helped us spoil our NRC fam! 🥹🫶🏽

We’re so grateful for everyone who supports us year round and helps make events like this extra fun. Show them some love right back! 💜💙

Half marathon #2 post-aneurysm and this one was an amazing one! 🥹🩷

Going into Urban Cow, my goal was just to beat my 2026 Shamrock’n time of 2:45.

And I DID IT! 🎉 A new 2026 PR!

I love that Strava now compares me to me within the same year. As much as I’d love to still be chasing those all-time PRs, those days may be behind me 🥹 but it feels pretty good to set new benchmarks for this version of me.

And apparently this version of me likes run/walk intervals. 😅 We did 5 min run / 1 min walk, and it still blows my mind that we can push a faster pace this way than doing solid pace runs. Who would’ve thought?! 😂

But one of the best parts was doing it alongside these NRC ladies. 💜 Mile after mile, checking in on each other, keeping each other moving, laughing, pushing and eventually crossing that finish line! This race seemed to fly by with the company! 🥰

Six months ago, Shamrock’n 🍀 was my first half marathon back. This time, I came back stronger and faster. 🥹

So proud of us, and really freaking proud of me. 🥹🩷💜

Urban Cow 🐮 5K on Saturday! What a time! ✨

Between PRs, Double Udders 🐮🐮 and the NRC cheer squad bringing the ENERGY 📣, we had ourselves a DAY!

Sac Run Week | NRC Vibes & Strides 💜💙 | 9.19.26

Natomas & friends!! You showed up and showed OUT! 🙌🏽

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Sac Run Week Saturday run. Year two was an amazing one, and we loved seeing so many familiar faces and so many new ones out there with us! We even got a chance to test run a new 5k route 💜

Happy Sacramento Running Week!!

🎉 Congrats to everyone who looped the lake, did an out-and-back or got in lots of bicycle miles today.

It was a fantastic way to kickoff Sacramento Running Week as we welcomed the Blue Crew, Natomas Run Club, the Fleet Feet Women’s Run Crew, and athletes joining us to try something new. Some were training for the Urban Cow, others, for the Berlin Marathon or CIM, and most, just out to MOVE!

A HUGE thank you to Fleet Feet Folsom for your incredible hospitality and coupons, to our aid station volunteers (Staci, Brian, Jodie, Malissa, and Cherise) who made snacks so much fun, to our cyclists (Joshua, Christie, Holly, Barb, Olivia, and Mason) for carrying water, first aid kits, hydration, and fuel to keep everyone safe, to Tina for your energetic warm-up, to Rosa and Michele for your help with set up and the potluck area, and to Carrie for directing traffic at the foot bridge.

Also, a shout out to Randy and Eric for chalking the course on Friday.

We are grateful for everyone who decided to join us today and for bringing brunch! Yummmm.

Another awesome Pups & Struts in the books! 🐶🏃🏻‍♀️💗

We had the best morning partnering with @frontstreetdoggiedayout to give these adorable adoptable pups an adventure around @onenatomasfarmersmarket! Our NRC crew got in some miles, lots of puppy love, and helped the pups meet some new friends along the way. 🐾

Hopefully a few of those new friends turn into forever homes! 🥹🏡💕

Huge thank you to all the amazing support staff at @frontstreetdoggiedayout for helping make these days such a success. We absolutely love every part of it! 🫶🏽

And an extra special thank you to our NRC members who came out to support, run/walk with the pups, and give them ALL the belly rubs, treats, and love! ❤️🐶 You all make these events possible!! 🤗
