reef club was one of the most visually specific places we went in sicily — weathered wood, dark rock, hard sun, very blue water. it made everything feel a little sharper, including a simple black suit. first wear @same taken in Calette Reef Club by @natstye

santo stefano, piazza armerina, porticello – the three sicilian towns where my family is from. this is what we came for and these are the things I noticed.

the city of ceramics.

being there together.

ceramics everywhere, sensory overload, all handmade.

best bite: this pistachio pastry. bar da franco, santo stefano.

piazza armerina – the most beautiful old city on a hill. arrived during riposo, I immediately felt connected to this place.

the closer you look.

the scale of everything up here.

the address we came looking for.

the house my great-grandfather lived in, La Porta still on the door.

a lot of beauty to take in for one afternoon.

a brief evening in porticello.

an unfussy dinner off the harbor.

I’d call this home.

the ac unit they painted over 🤌

my whole heart. the part of sicily that meant so much.

didn’t eat here, liked the sign.

the places we never would have known to look for. taken in Sicily, Italy by @natstye
