🌎Scottsdale, Paradise Valley & Beyond

Just returned from San Francisco for the Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event, surrounded by 2,700 agents from across the world and if there’s one thing that stood out, it’s the power of the network behind the name.

Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling property. It’s about relationships, trust, and knowing the right people when it matters most.

Whether you’re buying a second home abroad, relocating across the country, or looking for the perfect property right here in Arizona, my connections extend far beyond my own market. I have the ability to connect you with trusted professionals around the world. taken in San Francisco, California by @natty_light44

I can’t say enough great things about Jennifer Schumacher and Natalie Congleton! Not only did they give us access to an incredible luxury listing in beautiful Paradise Valley, but they brought such infectious energy and stayed with us throughout the entire shoot, even while coordinating two showings that day.

It was so much fun connecting with them naturally and having great conversations about their business, upcoming events, and all the exciting things they’re doing in the Scottsdale luxury market. Truly an incredible experience with two amazing women! taken in Paradise Valley, Arizona by @natty_light44

Some clients call me a bulldog. 🐶
Others call me a shark. 🦈

Whatever I am to you, just know one thing: I’m going to fight to get you the best deal possible.

I’m relentless when it comes to negotiating, protecting your interests, and making sure you don’t leave money on the table.

Bulldog. Shark. Negotiator.
Whatever you call me, you’ll be glad I’m on your side. 😉 taken in Paradise Valley, Arizona by @natty_light44

Another reminder that who you work with matters.

So grateful for a referral from my incredible @sothebysrealty family that turned into so much more than a transaction.

We helped our clients purchase their home over 10% below the list price, and it then appraised 8% higher than what they paid!

Strategy. Preparation. Relationships. Negotiation.

These are the moments that remind me why real estate is so much more than opening doors. While AI can analyze data, it can’t read a room, build trust, or negotiate outcomes like this.

The greatest reward is my clients are now lifelong friends. Grateful for the trust, the referral, and adding more awesome humans to my community 🖤✨
