A year ago, I converted my garage into a gym and lots of people doubted whether I would still be using it a year later. Happy to report that it’s being used heavily!

Thanks to @adamparksy from @boomfitness for writing a whole bunch of workouts for me.

My favourite aspects of having my own gym at the bottom of my garden are being able to go barefoot, not having to shave my legs, wearing whatever I want and having furry workout buddies. by @natty_nat_nat

Does he demand to be walked rain, hail or shine? Yes
Has he cost me an absolute fortune? Also yes
Has he developed a new and irrational fear of @spilt.milk.freo that means I can’t really go there anymore? Unfortunately yes
Would I have it any other way? Shit no!

Rocking the white shirt for @ocrf 🤍

It’s not too late to grab your white shirt from @witcheryfashion! There are three awesome designs from @stagnistudio to choose from including this one that can be styled a multitude of ways (there are buttons down the back as well!). And the best part? 100% of gross proceeds (not profits - proceeds. Every penny!) goes to @ocrf to fund vital research into ovarian cancer (a truly awful and insidious disease).

In the last 18 years, this campaign has raised nearly EIGHTEEN MILLION DOLLARS!! Let’s keep it going.

(This shirt was gifted to me by Witchery, but I have made an equivalent donation to OCRF) by @natty_nat_nat

Happy Birthday Lewis! Thirteen years young. Deafer, slower but still a renegade at heart. This past year he: took on the responsibility of teaching manners to puppies; went on a wild adventure where he wound up in the Freo pound next to a drug house guard dog (while I was in Istanbul); terrorized customers of @spilt.milk.freo by stealing their food right out from under their noses; and relocated @annevtunnecliffe’s work backpack to the back lawn where he went to work spreading tuna pasta throughout. Quite the achievements!

He still barks all the way to the park, demands treats from anyone who dares to have them in their pockets, expects (and gets) three walks a day, and orders his own puppacinos. Life is good!

Sorry if you have a morbid fear of chicken feet.

The vet thought Lewis might’ve had a grass seed in his paw, so they shaved them all just to be safe. This is how I found out what colour his weird little pterodactyl feet are. And yes, he’s still shaking off both the sedation and the humiliation. Also, no grass seed 🙌

Thanks for the mani/pedi @thevetconnectionwa
