A little life update… we moved to the river! 🤍

James and I decided to raise our girls in his hometown of Irvington, a small Virginia river town, for a slower pace and a little more room for family life.

And Avenue 42? Still very much my baby, too. ✨

These days, I travel to Richmond for a couple of days at a time. Travel mornings start extra early—packing lunches, getting things ready, and sneaking in all the love I can before heading out. Then it’s time to pour myself wholeheartedly into my business, my team, and our clients before heading home to my family.

💄 Tiny makeup disclaimer: this was filmed BEFORE my class last night with @brendaomakeup . Now I want to change my entire routine 😂 Consider this the “before”—a new makeup era is loading… ✨

I’m learning that juggling the things you love takes planning, support, and some very early alarms. It doesn’t always look perfectly balanced, but we’re finding a rhythm that feels right for us. (It’s also WILD to spend the night in my apartment where I lived - above the first salon downtown - when I was building all of this).
