It’s about time that I step aside and let someone else that I could trust shoot the FL5 for me, lol. The break I needed. Thank you @mr.jrey_ @jreyshootz for your time and services! And most importantly, I appreciate the advice that you’ve given me. If you find your way back to Oahu, hmu if need be. Mahalos to you, all the way from Hawaii 🤙🏽 taken in Oahu, Hawaii by @nattygod.w

It was never intended to be a showcar. It was never built to be the fastest or the coolest car on island. Three words to describe my drive into building this FL5; enthusiasm, grit, and ambition. This was no shopcar either. Majority of all the work done to this car has been done in my own garage, especially when it came to installing all the parts that helped transform this car into the great car it became. Surprisingly, this car eventually became one of the very few best and most favored Type R builds here in Honolulu, Hawaii. For the times I needed help, only a select few have I ever trusted to help lend me a hand and guide me through; they are the real homies. After all I’ve accomplished and after what has transpired, I now truly know who to trust and give back to. For the real homies and true supporters reading this; I will always remember you, I appreciate the time and support you’ve given me, and I thank you for having my back! 🤙🏽

[A.I Generated]

Been messing around with ChatGPT. Oh boy do these A.I renders look cool. Kinda wish I figured this out sooner. However, it makes me miss the FL5 again thinking about what could’ve been. My dad’s dream was to some day have a garage of his own with everything he needs (tools, a lift, cars, a spray booth, you name it) and a family home. Never have I thought that I’d aspire to peruse that same kind of dream but with my own flavor. After every accomplishment, I understand that all goals require time, passion, struggle, and most importantly… patience. For anything you pursue, give it all you’ve got but remember that silence also works to its advantages 🧠 by @nattygod.w

Same engine (K20C1/K20C8), identical transmission, chassis, and power output. Should I get a DE5? 👀

Spent some time with @dweebers22 . I had a lot of fun as always while wrenching. Had the pleasure to take it out for a spin too; very reminiscent of my FL5 🙇🏽‍♂️! I’d love to see where this DE5 goes from here on out! Keep it up @dweebers22 & @travis_ojisan 🫡 by @nattygod.w

Every “great” chef has a secret recipe…

Welcoming home another big turbo for my next project. It’s also paired with a billet compressor inlet shield. It’s only a matter of time until I find my desired fuel system. Now it’s about playing the game of time and patience for more greatness to come.

Are you looking for Turbos/Turbo Kits like this ⬆️ for your project car? Contact @mekagarageofficial | @kiiro_ap2 | 📍 Honolulu, HI | Supportive since day one 🤙🏽

Thank you all to those who have chosen to reached out to me out of support, especially those from @808ctr . Through my reflection, I enjoyed my car to its fullest; daily drove it on and off, pushed it, and worked on it. With that being said, I don’t expect any sympathy over what happened because I had a lot of fun by the end of it all. The memories made will always be remembered. Others can learn from this to make better memories for themselves, and the same applies to me. And don’t worry, like my dad tells me, “I can always find ways”… to come up with something BETTER 👀 🤙🏽 by @nattygod.w

Maaaaaaan, 3 years sure did fly by quick since I first got this “CíBíK🇵🇭”, 😂.

No trophies won here, only hearts and minds 🧠.

Also, Happy Early Veterans Day to both current and previous service members!

Here are some last pics before the Type-R departs 👀…
