Final photos of my recent mural inspired by the glitter you see along the water when you’re at sea 🌊

This piece was so meaningful to me because it challenged me new ways, shifting from smooth blends to small strokes that make up a larger whole with an impressionist feel. I wanted it to look abstract up close with a different experience when stepping back and seeing the full view.

It’s important to me to incorporate custom symbols from the client’s home and including a family sailboat as a wink around the corner was special. I love how the wall feels like a totem with the wrap around, and a portal to the upstairs. Here’s to more portals and two story walls this year 🤩

Been enjoying living real life and letting go of the pressure to share and engage in the digital realm. But I’m still here on the physical and spiritual planes listening and speaking to it all. Captured this on the Amalfi coast while on my honeymoon this past month. I wanted to capture the movement of the water in the Mediterranean and ended up capturing so much more. Never sleep on the east view of the sunset ! The pastels and moon light hold so much magic. Hope you and enjoy and don’t forgot to look around for the real stuff!

Much love and will share some of my recent art projects soon 😘 by @nattypaints

Custom painted gradient bookshelf with realistic animals for @smith31dj and fam! I always love creating with children in mind. Each animal was requested by each child and I learned that pink river dolphins are a real thing!

I am so happy when I get to turn regular household items into colorful art pieces 🌈 thank you to my lovely clients for thinking of this and bringing more art and color into their home.

Hit me up if you need a gradient on anything!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the opening of “Rising Tides” @111minnagallery ! It’s not too late to check out my piece on view through July 10th along with many other amazing pieces from talented artists around the world. It’s a great opportunity to support artists and ocean conservation all in one! @pangeaseed

For my piece “Gold of the Blue” I focused on the calming energy of ocean waves and the light reflections off the water. I came across this frame in a trash pile of a strangers garage and it happened to fit perfectly on my piece. In the spirit of ocean conservation I wanted to upcycle it and with a little creativity, materials that were going into the trash can find a new home or become a meaningful art piece. Conservation starts with reusing what we already have and appreciating our resources including how much big blue gives to us 🌊

“Rising Tides” on view at 111Minna Gallery through July 10th! You can also view all works online www.111minnagallery.com
