This is Peter. He and I have been friends for decades. He and his wife have been in my life since pretty much the same time I met my wife. He is family. I have great Canadian family as well but as you know, Canada is far away. Thus, the friends I keep close to me, like Peter, are more than friends. They become my family. Sometimes we won’t see each other for almost a year, even though we live in the same town. Doesn’t matter. We go on like we caught up yesterday.
Peter has been a wine connoisseur for a while now. He has good taste in wine. It rubs off on me. He’s smart when it comes to talking about the vintage, oak notes and tannins. I just smile and nod, and sip my grape juice, I mean wine. 🍷 by @natural_order_wine

Well, there are no rules when it comes to red wine.
However, let’s answer a few things we often get asked.
1. Drink it chilled. Yes, from the fridge.
2. Store it in the shade. Not next to your stove or above your fridge.
3. No, don’t mix it with Coca Cola. Kalimotxo’s should stay in Spain.
4. Yes, it’s ok to talk to your wine.
5. Pairing? With music and candles. Cook whatever you please. No rules remember?
6. Replace “it’s yum” with some metaphor. “This makes me feel like i’m in a theatre full of flowers, and an eagle just landed on my shoulder, winked, and said, ‘you’re pretty cute’”.

Enjoy!
And maybe start with our Drip Music, available online.

This is not Sydney-centric. This is nationwide and even more critical in regional towns, where there are smaller populations. The hospo industry needs our love this winter (1 in 7 venues could shut their doors) so let’s get out there and give it! by @natural_order_wine

Cans. Three things here.
More; Environmental, Economical, Enjoyable.
Also, Moreish!
Get around it.
