Happy Birthday – Nana 🌱

After losing everything I loved as a child, birthdays were never easy for me. Exactly one year ago, at this very moment, I was living through one of the hardest experiences of my life. I just had a fight with someone I truly loved and found myself sitting alone in the forest, unsure of what to do next.

So I jumped.
I explained myself, my fears, and my traumas.
I was scared of losing everything I had built and loved. I tried to fix what was left — and hit the ground hard.

Then I jumped again. I opened up to my friends, who couldn’t hold the space. I was scared of losing everything I had built and loved. I tried to fix what was left again — and hit the ground hard again.

Then I jumped again. I went backwards — forgiving myself and my family. This time, I wasn’t even afraid of jumping.
Again, some of the people I trusted couldn’t hold that space, but some could.

And I learned one thing: Everything will fall into place. When you hit the ground hard, you can’t expect anyone to help you back up except yourself.

Stand up straight and become the person you were meant to be. 🌳

For some people, your life will simply be too much.
I understand that now, because for decades I was too much for me as well. I wish someone had told me how much of a run-up it takes to make a jump that far. That sometimes you need to move away from where you want to be before you can land where you’re meant to arrive.

So, if you haven’t heard from me in a long time, I haven’t stopped moving. I’m walking backwards, taking a run-up for the next jump.

Summer is almost over, and I’m fully charged! 🧑🏽‍🩰⚡️

Today, I’m celebrating a small win: 100 out of 250 sessions completed to improve my physique, strength, and abilities. 🌿

Still working on growing in both body and mind, embracing the process and everything that comes with becoming the person I want to be. 🎢

After more than two years of work, I’m also almost finished with the dance album I’ve been creating.

“Natural! I haven’t seen you for a long time! Where have you been?”
I heard that a lot this weekend.

Truth is, I needed some time for myself. I’ve been considering leaving Freiburg and had to step back from those I felt were exploiting me or the @noleaderscommunity as a non-profit organization—people I once considered friends and former students. I’ve also heard some gossip, but that’s a story for another time!

The truth is, I was never really gone. So, I’m excited to announce not just a single, but a whole video album with at least 10 videos coming in the next months! And yes, the @nofuturesession is also coming up in November! (24.11)

I’m not going to say, “Yes, I’m back”—I’ll just keep my mouth shut and let you see for yourself!

A big thanks to everyone who shared their love and energy with me these past months— @stadt_mainz @fashion_food_festival_freiburg , Noon, @soundcityfreiburg and of course all my uplifting people! 🫂 Thanks for showing up yesterday and supporting the Community!

Oh, and before I forget—court date is on the 18th of October. Wish me luck! 🙏

A.I. is coming—and right now, we are not ready for it. I always knew it would arrive someday, but I never expected it to come this fast.

After studying media culture science and now diving into A.I. video creation, I see two possible paths. Some people will become even more addicted to this medium, while others will watch the gap between reality and virtuality widen. Algorithms will capture all of us. For over five years now, I have poured my time and love into my passion, @nosoundexperience . Today, I can confidently say that it has finally become what I envisioned it to be five years ago.

It’s crazy how critical friends and family can be when they don’t see the vision. Some people even try to bring you down. That’s why I’m even more grateful for everyone who supported us on this journey. Whether by joining the experience, even for a short while, or through a donation. (Crazy to think we even had to go to court for this!) Or just life lessons 🫣

I don’t know exactly where the journey will take me next, but I already have new ideas and hopes. And if you want to be critical again, go ahead - I got you! With love and 100% pure energy!
