Somewhere between rebuilding, raising my son, chasing the things I still want for myself, learning what deserves my energy and what doesn’t… I found a softer version of me. 🌅
Not because life got easier, but because I stopped believing I had to carry everything the hard way. Still ambitious. Still figuring things out. Still creating. Still showing up. Just a little more protective of my peace these days. 🤎 And if this season has taught me anything, it’s that there is still so much beauty ahead by @naturaltrem

Cancer recovery is so much more than physical healing. 🤍

There’s grief for who you were, gratitude for how far you’ve come, frustration with what your body can’t do yet, and the process of learning to embrace who you’re becoming.

Some days you want people close. Other days you need space. Sometimes you feel strong, and the next day your body reminds you that you’re still healing.

These are some of the thoughts we don’t always say out loud. 🤍
