POSTS STORIES REELS

There are moments when the beauty of this world feels like a prayer—mountains wrapped in morning mist, the last light resting on quiet waters, stars shining through the darkness.

In these moments, I feel the presence of God and the extraordinary gift of being here to witness His creation. There is so much to be grateful for, so much to cherish, and so much entrusted to our care.

My photography is my way of saying thank you—and sharing a little of the wonder that fills my heart. My hope is that these images offer you a moment of peace, a renewed sense of awe, and a reminder that heaven can feel very close.

May we never lose our ability to see the gifts around us, to listen to the whispers of the wild, and to meet this wonderful world with a grateful heart. ♥️. #sundayvibes #sabbath #whatawonderfulworld #giftsfromheaven #godscreation by @natureartgallery1

"To watch wildlife is to witness the earth praying in motion." It was very early morning, cold and cloudy. I was scanning for wildlife through the early morning light when suddenly here came this band of brothers down a ridge right in front of us. Gary slammed on brakes while my window was going down. I had time only to do that and throwing my camera up, I could only shoot between the mirror and the truck frame in order to catch this scene as it unfolded before me, one elk after another down the ridge. It was so difficult to hold my balance and the camera in such a narrow space in the early morning hours, and it required more focus and concentration to frame each shot where the elk were so close, but I caught such a unique scene as they passed before my camera silhouetted against the early morning light. What a great way to start my photo shoot and the day. Band of Brothers. This was a bachelor herd of just bull elk running the Tetons! Also how they will look framed as a series on a fine art paper. #grandtetonnationalparkwildlife #elk #grandtetonnationalpark #bullelk #natureinspired by @natureartgallery1

“Some places don’t ask for our attention—they quietly earn our reverence.” I am pretty excited to see this piece and just got notice that it’s on its way. It’s printed in a face mount acrylic. I’ll let you know! Maybe this one will stay in my home instead of the gallery. ♥️ #oregon #waterfall #collectart #fineart #naturevibes by @natureartgallery1

“I go into nature seeking beauty, and somewhere along the way, my soul finds rest.” I have spent all of my life surrounded by nature! It’s part of my soul!

In the stillness of a mountain morning, the light dancing across the water, and the beauty of a changing season, I feel God drawing me closer—quieting my thoughts and reminding me how much there is to be grateful for.

I go to these places with a camera, but I always come home with more than photographs. I come home with peace, renewed faith, and moments I long to share.

May a little of that peace find its way to you today. And don’t forget to listen to the whispers of the wild!

All creatures of our God and King…

There are moments in the wild when my heart grows quiet, and simply witnessing feels like prayer.

An eagle lifting toward heaven. The gentle watchfulness of a deer. The quiet strength of a great bear. Each life precious in the eyes of its Creator. Each deserving of our reverence, our kindness, and room to live.

Through my lens, I hope to honor these beautiful souls and share something of the wonder I feel in their presence.

This Sunday, may we pause to give thanks for the creatures who share our earthly home—and remember that caring for His creation is itself an act of praise.

Listen to the whispers of the wild! 🕊️

Beneath a sky full of stars, an old tree reaches into the darkness—as though it has a thousand stories to tell.

On Halloween, it’s easy to imagine the wind carrying those stories through the branches, whispering secrets of the wild to anyone willing to stand still and listen.

These are the moments I love to photograph—when the familiar feels otherworldly, and darkness holds its own kind of beauty.

A little history on the traditions of Halloween 🎃 As the Christian Church spread, it established All Saints' Day (All Hallows' Day) on November 1 to honor saints and martyrs, followed by All Souls' Day on November 2. The evening before became known as All Hallows' Eve, which eventually shortened to Halloween.

May your ghosts and goblins be full of love and friendship this night! ♥️🎃👻🧙‍♀️♥️

I’m trying to decide which two eagles to bring into the studio for Christmas. I am going to do some smaller, exclusive 8x12 fine art paper prints that will make them special as a gift and they will come backed and suitable for framing making them easy to ship. So I would like to hear which two you would choose in the order you would choose them in! I know, but I love to tap your energy! 😎 by @natureartgallery1

There are moments when the wild reminds us what it means to feel free. 🦅

A sweep of wings, feathers illuminated by sunlight, talons brushing the water—and for an instant, strength and grace become one.

Photographing eagles fills me with wonder. Through my lens, I see courage in their focus, beauty in their movement, and a reminder to meet life with an open heart—even when we cannot see where the next turn will lead.

May these glimpses of the wild lift your spirit and remind you that there is still light to carry us forward.

Swipe through these four moments—which one speaks to you? 1-4

Winter is coming… and with it, a quieter kind of wonder. ❄️

The mountains gather snow, the wild things follow ancient rhythms, and the earth invites us to slow down—to notice, to listen, to trust what we cannot yet see.

There is something sacred in this season. A reminder that even in the coldest days, God’s beauty remains, and beneath the stillness, life carries on.

Through my lens, I seek these moments of grace—the strength of wildlife, the hush of a winter landscape, the light that turns an ordinary moment into a gift.

My hope is that these photographs bring you that same feeling whenever you pause before them: peace, wonder, and a connection to something greater.

Bring the whispers of the wild into your home.

Autumn opens her golden doors, gently ushering in the quiet of winter. 🍂

Birds take to the skies, answering an ancient call to journey onward. Bears prepare for their long winter rest. The days grow shorter, the air turns colder, and the last golden leaves surrender to the wind.

There is something sacred in this changing of the seasons—a reminder that creation has its own rhythm, its own time to flourish, to let go, and to rest.

Through my lens, I gather these fleeting moments, preserving the warmth of autumn and the beauty of the wild as the land prepares for snow.

May these whispers of the wild remind us to embrace our own seasons of change, trusting that beauty will meet us in the days ahead. #fineartphotography #wildlifephotography #naturevibes #seasonsofchange #artcollectorsofinstagram by @natureartgallery1

There is something sacred in watching a wild soul move freely through the forest… a quiet grace that asks nothing of us except to pause and be present.

In moments like these, I feel how gently God speaks through His creation—reminding us that we belong to a world still filled with wonder and so much larger than ourselves! #naturevibes #createexplore #elk #bullelk #yellowstone

May the whispers of the wild reach wherever you are today, bringing a little stillness to your heart and a little peace to your soul. 🤍 by @natureartgallery1

Heavy rains have kept Nizhoni and I inside the past couple of days. While I have often photographed in rain and snow we took a rain day or two to finish the mundane tasks that are still required in life. The constant rain and threats of much cooler weather prompted Gary to winterize the rv since we aren’t going south this year. The ebb and flow of the seasons each brings a different feel to the days! Even a different pace. With the Art Walks over for the season, the creating even changes a bit. But always with the heart and soul listening to the whispers of the wild. #natureart #whatsonyourwalls #westernart #fineartphotography #wallart by @natureartgallery1
