After a crazy week, I needed to come home to myself. What better way to honor myself and calm my nervous system than going for a beautiful hike in the mountains. I’m so grateful to be able to live and experience so many beautiful places and spaces. I’m so grateful to have the privilege to truly experience these places and myself in them. Theres that saying: when you cut a plant it comes back bigger and stronger. My journey back home to myself will be a long one. But I will honor every step and every version of her until I make it. I will love her so deeply and fiercely that she will never forget or question her worth again. I am truly blessed, and Spirit reminds me every day. So cheers to growing upward. I’m so grateful for the life I built for myself here. I’ll always have work to do. But up in the mountains is a place I can hold space for myself. 💕🏔️❄️
It’s like that quote,”When thoughts get too big, go somewhere you feel small.”
There’s rarely a photo that shows the vastness of these beautiful mountains, but I swear Giants lived here once.
Just a reminder, we are a small piece of this planet we live on. The love and gratitude I have for these places, people, and things in my life goes deeper than the core of the earth. ❤️🙏🏼🫧 by @naturerootscal

It feels so good to be home. Back to my roots! Shoot me a text and I’ll do my best to make plans with you while I’m here. There are no pictures that could truly do this magical hike justice. How grateful I am to be experiencing the magic of what I love most! Lately I’ve been on a journey to choose myself & love myself deeper. Choosing myself means choosing that which brings joy. Wildflowers. The joy of the mountains.
I’m reminded that beauty isn’t just in the wild flowers, but in the start to finish of the ever changing seasons of everything surrounding. It’s all beautiful. The process is beautiful. Getting to know these mountains in all seasons of their life is an honor I’m grateful to hold dear. It just reminds me that we all have seasons of life that affect how we roll forward. They teach us to grow and evolve in so many ways. And I’m so grateful for all seasons I’ve shared with the people I love, and how like the mountains, every season shared is a part of me that I’m honored to hold, while continuing to grow forward. 💜🏔️🪻✨ by @naturerootscal

When every piece of me feels shattered from the inside out, these are the spaces that put me back together. As someone who cares deeply for other people and always wants to lead with love, it’s really hard to imagine that there are people out there that feel so differently. Especially when it comes from people we have loved so deeply. People who prey on others love, empathy, & kindness. The last couple weeks have been a REALLY hard lesson in that. One that nearly broke me. Its places and spaces like this that heal something deeper in me than I could heal in myself in this moment. I would have stayed here all day if I hadn’t had to work. Slowly I will heal and rebuild myself stronger than I was before. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. That theres spiritual significance related to everything. And that life on earth is meant to be a lesson we learn from (and a beautiful experience). If we can take a learning experience out of every situation both good and bad, that will help us grow and evolve as people. It took me a moment to see the deeper truth & spiritual significance to the past 3 years, but alas I finally see it was to completely rebirth & rebuild myself into a better version of myself than I have ever been up to this point. To drop the “people pleasing” and learn to be more firm with my boundaries (while its been really hard, I can proudly say I’ve been practicing with small things the last few weeks), to reintegrate me with myself, and to fall in love with myself deeper than I ever have.
Yesterday (the day I did this hike) it was the day after the Sagittarius Full Blue Moon. A moon for releasing & calling in. A moon for ritual. The night before, I went up into the mountains with sage and a list of all that I needed to let go of. I cried while I released each one to spirit and asked my higher self to guide me through. The next day, on this trail, I took that list and burned it. That heart shaped paper is what was left of that burn. How beautiful.
I’m going to heal, and be okay. But for right now I choose to sit in my pain and truly feel it. To witness and sit with it. And to hold space & love for the girl going through it. 💚 by @naturerootscal

Last night/ This morning’s hike. The scenery out here is so magical. I’m so grateful to get to wake up to shit like this every day! Opening my eyes to the sight of beautiful Mountains every morning has done something to my soul. ✨ I cant wait to explore more of Utah! Shit I cant wait to explore more of the world 🙏🏼🌎🏔️💚✨

Calling myself home one day at a time. 💚
As much as I miss home, and miss all my homies & loved ones, there is something so healing about the mountains! They’re so big that it seems unreal! They’re quite humbling and they make all the problems in the world seem so small and insignificant. I’m so grateful for this experience of exploring and holding space for myself and the path I’m supposed to be walking. Through the pain comes growth, and the ability to reconnect with and love myself. 💚🏔️🙏🏼✨ Grateful to be building my earthly Journey one experience at a time!
