My goal as a yoga teacher has always been to help students become independent.

Almost 20 years ago, when I “accidentally” found yoga in India, I came home with one handwritten sequence from my teacher, Vinod.

That piece of paper became my practice.
For an entire year.
No studio.
No weekly classes.

Just me, my mat, and this one set sequence. A daily practice since day one. First it was just a physical experience, but soon it became a doorway to something so much bigger that has shaped my life ever since.

Looking back, I realise what an incredible gift that was.

Before I learnt any advanced poses, I learnt to be with myself.

✨ That experience shaped the way I teach.

I love group classes. I love practising together. There’s so much value in it.

But I’ve been always emphasizing the importance of a home practice, a practice that belongs to them.

That’s why I give my live online morning classes as a 30-day recording.
Not so people practise with me every day.
So they slowly become confident enough to practise on their own.

Because yoga doesn’t belong to a studio.
IT BELONGS TO YOUR LIFE

Some days it’s an hour on your mat.
Some days it’s five conscious breaths before you react.
That’s yoga too.

Deep Immersion finally brings everything I’ve wanted to offer into one place.

A completely individual journey that grows with you - combining coaching, yoga, breathwork and reflective practices to support meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you’ve never stepped onto a yoga mat or have practised for years, every element is tailored to where you are and where you want to go.

Because my goal has never been to teach people yoga. That might sound strange, but it’s true.

It’s been to help them build a relationship with themselves.
🤍

STOP. DROP. CHANT. 🕉️

Shiva has been speaking to me lately.

There’s so much transformation happening in my life right now. Things changing, falling away, making room for something I don’t fully know yet.

And somehow, I keep coming back to this mantra.

Om Namah Shivaya.

One of the most sacred mantras in the yogic tradition, often translated as “I bow to Shiva.”

Shiva represents transformation - the dissolution of what no longer serves, making space for something new.

And perhaps there’s something in your life right now that’s ready to change, too.

Something you’re holding on to. A familiar pattern. An old belief. Something that once served you but no longer does.

Chanting can be a beautiful way to step out of your thoughts and into the present moment, right into your heart. The repetition, the vibration, the breath - giving the mind something to rest on.

You don’t need to know Sanskrit or have a perfect voice.

Just try chanting Om Namah Shivaya a few times. Notice how you feel before and afterwards.

I recorded this after teaching my Wednesday morning yoga class today. Just a little moment I wanted to share with you.

Om Namah Shivaya 🤍

Dear younger me, one day your yoga practice will look very different. And it will be okay.

I miss those mornings. Waking up at 5, while my family and the rest of the world were still asleep, and practising until 7:30 or 8. Uninterrupted. Just me, my mat. A candle. Every morning felt magical ✨

For years, that was my rhythm.

Then my son’s schedule changed. He needed me at 6, and suddenly, to be there for him, I had to give up my own rhythm.

That was two years ago.

And somewhere along the way, perimenopause arrived, bringing fluctuating energy levels. Even on mornings when I could practise yoga for three hours, I’m not sure I have the energy anymore.

Sometimes I wonder whether those long practices were really as nourishing as I remember. Or whether, over the years, I was also depleting myself.

Today, my yoga practice looks different.

I wake up with a stiff body. I listen. I go into the areas that need attention. I stay where something needs to soften, strengthen or open.

I’m learning to find that sweet spot between being lazy and pushing too hard. To make my practice more focused, without losing its depth.

After all, traditionally, one of the fundamental purposes of yoga asana is to prepare the body to sit comfortably and steadily in meditation.

And maybe that’s where I am in my practice now.

Less interested in how much I can do. More interested in understanding what my body actually needs.

I still miss those magical mornings.

But I’m also learning that depth doesn’t necessarily need three hours.

And that the yoga practice which served us beautifully ten years ago may not be the practice we need today.

Has your yoga practice changed as your life has changed? I’d love to hear.

Ten years ago in India, my teacher Olivier invited me to join his wife and two little boys to chant at his house. I had no idea what was awaiting me and this was the first time I’ve ever heard this beautiful mantra.

It was intimate, simple and incredibly powerful. 5 voices merging into each other at different speed and rhythm- it was a magical moment that has stayed with me ever since.

Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is a mantra from the Lotus Sutra, often understood as an expression of the Mystic Law - the deeper law or rhythm of life that we are already part of. It’s believed to awaken the inherent potential for wisdom, courage, and compassion, and to bring around transformation for one’s life and surroundings.

For me, it has always had a way of gathering the mind.

It’s a meditation in itself.

It brings me back from noise into presence.
From thinking into feeling.
From doing into being.

Some teachings stay because they keep becoming more true as we keep returning to them over a longer period of time.

A very different setting @yogadelmarspiritfestival accompanied by @hectorkoa - from that room in India ten years ago - and somehow, the same feeling underneath it.

Thank you @oliviersan @yogaartcollective for this memorable time together 💛🙏🏼

Ps. 1 last bed in a shared room on my Mallorca retreat Nov. 2-7 - maybe for you?

Life doesn’t usually fall apart dramatically.
It just gets loud.

Work. Relationships. Family. Decisions. Stress. Other people’s needs.
And somewhere in the middle of all that, it becomes harder to hear yourself.

You may already know a lot.
You may understand your patterns.
You may even know what needs to change.
But knowing and living it are not the same thing.

That’s why I believe so much in coaching as a thinking space.
A place to slow things down.
To hear your own thoughts properly.
To separate what is yours from all the noise around you.
And to find your own answers - not mine.

That’s what we do inside Deep Immersion.
12 weeks. Personalised. Fully held by me.

- 6 private 1:1 coaching sessions
- WhatsApp mentoring between sessions
- weekly integration practice
- 30+ recorded practices
- personal support throughout the 12 weeks
- onboarding + integration call

No modules. No studying. No need to practise yoga.

Just space, structure and support to help you move from insight into actual change.

I’m a certified life coach, yoga teacher, mother and entrepreneur. I’ve lived and worked in more than 10 countries, rebuilt parts of my life more than once, and moved through plenty of change myself.
I bring all of that into this work, with all my heart.

You have a life that looks and works beautifully on the outside, yet quietly you sense that something within you is asking for change.

Not necessarily a different life. Perhaps simply a different way of living it.

This is why I created Deep Immersion.

A highly personalised 12-week journey combining 1:1 coaching, mentoring and the deep wisdom of yoga. No previous yoga experience or practice is needed.

Unlike traditional programmes, there is no fixed curriculum, no lessons to complete and no expectation to keep up.

Instead, our work is shaped entirely around you - your life, your questions, your challenges and what you long to change.

Through honest conversations, personalised guidance and practices that support you in everyday life, we create space for greater clarity, self-trust and meaningful, lasting change.

You’ll have my personal support throughout our journey together.

Our journey can unfold in English or German - whichever language feels most natural to you.

I have 1 space open for a woman ready to make this commitment to herself.

If something in you recognises this invitation, I’d love to meet you.

Explore Deep Immersion and book a complimentary discovery call.

She wanted to practise yoga for one hour every day. Instead, she wasn’t practising at all.

This week, during a Deep Immersion session, a client told me she wanted to return to a regular yoga practice. But in her mind, a proper practice meant at least one full hour.

That happens maybe once a week - if she’s lucky. And Underneath that was so much frustration.

As her coach, I cannot create an extra hour in her schedule that is already full - especially in the middle of a very challenging life situation.

I didn’t try to squeeze that hour into her week. Instead, we created her personal traffic-light system.

Together, we defined what green, yellow and red feel like for her - in her body, mind, energy and available time - and what her practice can realistically look like in each state.

Now she doesn’t have one perfect practice to keep failing at.

She has three realistic ways to return. She now has a regular yoga practice.

If you want to return to a consistent yoga practice - or step out of the frustrating loop of never having enough time - don’t only define your IDEAL practice.

Define the practice you can return to on a yellow day. And especially on a red one.

This is also the work we do inside Deep Immersion - creating change that can actually be lived.

And it doesn’t have to be related to yoga at all 😄🙌🏽

I currently have ONE 1:1 opening available.

Link in bio for more information, or send me “DEEP” if you feel it might be yours.

One of the things I keep learning through yoga, coaching and my own personal growth is this:

Real change rarely comes from one huge breakthrough. It comes from returning.

Returning to the practice.
To the conversation.
To what you already know matters.
To your body.
To yourself.

Again and again.

THE GOLDEN RULE IS:
👉🏼 Repetition over perfection.

That’s how we build more self-trust, clarity and lasting change - not through intensity, but through continuity.

What’s your take on this?

Yoga has unfortunately not erased every fear. But practicing inversions has taught me that fear does not always deserve the final word 👊🏼

I practised Pincha Mayurasana at the wall for YEARS. For a long time, the wall wasn’t holding me anymore, I didn’t need it. I knew that. MY BODY KNEW THAT.

And still, every time I considered moving into the middle of the room, something in me said: NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT.

At some point, the whole thing became so RIDICULOUS (and I knew it) that I started laughing at myself. I had built the strength, balance and control. The only thing keeping me there was the fear of falling.

And one day, I was simply MORE PISSED OFF THAN SCARED.

I started talking myself through it out loud:

“You can do this. You know how to do it. Stop acting stupid!”

I have even build a relationship to my fear, we had some tough conversations 😅 eventually I had to basically tell it to go and f.o.

And then I kicked up. I held it in the middle of the room, alone, solid, confident.

I didn’t suddenly become fearless. But I had simply gathered enough evidence through years of practice to stop treating fear as an instruction, and let it decide for me!

Looking back, this is what the practice had been teaching me all along:

🔥 TAPAS - the willingness to keep returning.

✨DEVOTION - giving yourself fully to the practice and continuing to show up.

🌿 NON-ATTACHMENT - doing the work without demanding a particular result or timeline.

🙌🏽 GROWING OUT OF OUR LIMITING BELIEVES doesn’t happen through one brave moment. It comes step by step - but the ingredient it certainly needs is the willingness to change and turn that fire into action.

Sometimes courage is soft. And sometimes you have to tell something or someone to leave you the f* alone.

💪💛

Hi, I’m Natalija 🤗

For a long time, my life lived in different boxes.

There was business - I’ve been running my own company for almost two decades.

There was yoga - nearly 20 years of practice and 10+ years of teaching.

There was motherhood, retreats, travel, relationships, big changes, a few proper life crises 😅

Anyway, at some point, I stopped trying to keep all these parts separate.

Because actually, they all belong together.

Around here you’ll find strong yoga and gentle yoga. Retreats and real life. Breathwork, coaching, beautiful places, good food, honest conversations, thoughts about change and relationships - and probably some big life changes of my own that I will share here in hope, that my own vulnerability will activate something inside of you too.

I like depth, but I also like humour.
I like spirituality, but I like my feet on the ground.
I like discipline, but not rigidity.
I believe in growth, but not in constantly treating ourselves like a project that needs fixing.

And I think vulnerability and authenticity make life a lot more interesting than pretending we have it all figured out.

So if you like your yoga with a little life, your spirituality grounded, your conversations honest and your growth without too much bullshit…
