I don’t count reps. I create movement ✨
POSTS STORIES REELS
It’s never just about teaching movements, repeating exercises or creating classes. It’s about learning how to be kind to people with different mindsets, personalities, and energies all gathered in one class. It’s not just about getting paid or having a full schedule of clients. It’s about knowing when to change the flow of a class, adapt to their moods, and understand what they need beyond the movements themselves. It’s about being patient when everything feels chaotic, when nothing seems to go your way, and when things no longer feel right and yet knowing that it’s temporary, and you’ll get through it. Because at the end of the day, the hardest work isn’t always controlling the class. It’s learning to control yourself. #pilates #pilatesinstructor #selfdiscipline #coachmindset #mindfulness by @naz.pilates

I guess this is my therapy. 🤍 A little movement, a little sweat, and a whole lot of stress relief. Sometimes the best way to reset is simply to move. Save this for the days you need a mental reset. ✨ #StressRelief #MentalWellness #MoveYourBody #HealthyHabits #pilates by @naz.pilates
