“In this episode, we’re joined by entrepreneur Nazia Mollah, an Artist Manager at Roc Nation and CEO of Nazia Mollah LLC.

Nazia shares how her Bengali-American upbringing and bilingual roots gave her the flexibility to excel across careers — banking, higher education and now the music industry. Raised in a Muslim household in Queens, New York, Nazia developed the ability to navigate between traditional family expectations and Western societal norms. From career transitions to finding mentors, Nazia opens up about being a South Asian woman navigating spaces where she didn’t see anyone else like her. Her perspective on adaptability, inclusivity and leadership offers insights in turning differences into strengths. This duality equipped her with transferable skills that have fueled her journey from banking to higher education and on to the music industry. She also delves into how openness and approachability are not just soft skills but essential qualities that fuel success, collaboration and resilience in the face of challenges.

Nazia’s story provokes us to rethink what it means to lead with purpose while navigating the complexities of diverse environments. Her perspective is a powerful reminder that inclusivity is more than a buzzword — it’s a strategic advantage that transforms workplaces and builds stronger teams. By bringing together people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, organizations can generate richer ideas and achieve better results.”

I could say I wasn’t ready for the responsibility, the accountability, the lack of sleep & sustenance, & the unknown… but I’d be lying. Cause with each passing day I truly feel like I was made for this & that I was born ready.

Endless gratitude to Blacc Sam, Samantha, Adam & the entire family, the Marathon & All Money In teams, Atlantic Records, Out The Blue, & all the talented collaborators that created this incredible body of work. Thank you for allowing me to do what I’ve only dreamed of. And of course, many thanks to Roc fam: Mike, Marvin, Ray & Lib.

To have never met Nipsey Hussle a day in my life, but to get to do this… 🏁💐

Still giving thanks to @massmusicartssummit + @btoboston for selecting me as a speaker on the “Chase The Bag!” panel sponsored by @jpmorganchase in Boston this past weekend!

Who knew little Nazia that would get in trouble for yapping in elementary school just had the “gift of gab?!” 🥰

To the team that continues to inspire me daily… LET’S F***IN GO! 🏁

“LA’s favorite burger” @marathonburger made it’s mark in Venice, California’s Muscle Beach on May 31, 2025 with location number 2, while location number 1 in Hollywood, California’s Melrose Avenue Corridor has continued to go BIG since it’s opening March 1, 2025.
