I'm feeling pretty good by @nazari_kc

I should have taken more photos

The past 7 months were some of the most formative years of my entire life. I packed up and moved to a foreign country to live alone, in the countryside, surrounded by strangers who spoke a different language than me. But despite any hardship I may have faced, I couldn't even imagine any place better than Toucy. I use Toucy very lightly because while I did love my little town in the middle of nowhere, France, it was truly the people (more specifically my students and teachers) that made this experience so amazing. I may be the luckiest person in the world to be given the opportunity to meet the kindest smartest and funniest teenagers on the planet earth (who would have guessed they'd be in France of all places). Every moment I spent with these people were ones that I would cherish for the rest of my life. They made what could have been a miserable situation, one that I will brag and boast about for the rest of my life. I do not regret moving to Toucy at all and I only hope that I will be lucky enough to meet new people quite as wonderful as the ones I was able to get to know for the past half year. I love you all and will miss you more than you can imagine. Thank you for making Toucy a home for me and being my family when mine was so far away. Toucy has my heart now and forever.

The photos are in the order of my weekly schedule (minus BTS 1 because I don't have a class photo with them, unfortunately.) So now you guys get to see who I was fortunate enough to spend my time with in time order.

Also, I've literally been planning this post since I found out what this song meant in like December. Finally, the time has come.

Also, any student who was absent or hidden during the photos, you owe me 5 euros a piece. by @nazari_kc
