1. A customer sends a dm on WhatsApp to make inquiries about the availability of an apartment. The webhook receives the data, and routes it to twilio to give a personalised response on available apartments

2. When customer express Interest, a booking link is sent to them for available viewing times, right there on WhatsApp.
3. The realtor receives alert about the lead on telegram (full details)

A business owner spend an average of 30 minutes filtering and sorting mails, and still end up loosing tracks and also inaccuracy.
Here's a simple automation I built using Zapier that solves the whole problem in just 2 minutes.

When an urgent mail comes in➡️Notify founder on slack
If not urgent ➡️ log details in crm.
