Bike cleaning should feel like the most satisfying 10 minutes of your ride. 😉🧼

That pump sound. That foam burst. That instant white coat. Some people meditate. We... clean bikes. 💜

Three steps to a happier drivetrain.

Clean, brush and wax.

Don’t forget to turn on the sound. 🔉

#partner Packing your bike for a flight sounds intimidating until you’ve done it once! @nbcareofficial

After years of traveling several times a year for races, it’s second nature to me now! If you’re nervous about your first time, follow this 5-step packing plan to make your bike “bike bag” ready! I was supposed to be in Aruba for the @laleyendamtb.aruba right now, but flight availability had other plans. Instead, I’m staying home, putting in the work, and dialing in form for the final races of the season! 🚴‍♂️💨

Foam first, brush next.

Apply foam generously.

Like, very generously. 😎

The ride was the social part.

This was the satisfying part.
